New Coldplay Album Next Year?
Yeah, NME is reporting weekold news! :dozey:
-
why aren't they the lyrics on the booklet anymore!!!.???
Lyrics booklet for A Rush Of Blood To The Head. It was a "gift" for buying the disc on the first week of sales at Sunrise Records in Canada. Probably had similar promotions elsewhere too.

Coldplay Production Rider - Interesting Read!
- Pre-show music
They played something by Daniel Lanois that crossfaded into the band performing Politik on the last tour.- $70 for 17 songs?
That's still an overexaggerated figure; a quick scan of their shows since 2001 shows that the band rarely plays over 23 songs. Personally I like concerts less than 1:40... I can burn/overburn the bootlegs on one CD.- I Got My ONE Bracelet Today...
- $70 for 17 songs?
Let's not overexaggerate now. Radiohead plays at most 25 songs tops. Usually 20 songs or so. Check out their setlists/bootlegs over the past 5 yrs or so.- Bear - Talk
was it video of a real bear or a cartoon bear?- Shirt prices in US
Sell the knockoff tees for half price. Personal preference really.- Toronto Show Pictures
I like seeing Daylight in the last ACC show. With the spinning orange sun with yellow spokes. That was a cool effect.- Metal Detectors at the Tweeter Center?
I'm guessing that's more for ppl trying to "smuggle" recorders to tape the show.- Where are Coldplay?
My Sassafraz guess was right.- [2005] Aug 2, ACC, Toronto Reviews
Like a baseball tee?- [2005] Aug 2, ACC, Toronto Reviews
How was the merchandise at the show?- Where are Coldplay?
But they were in Japan on Friday... and headlining Fuji Rocks that Friday night in Naeba, a 2 hr drive from Narita International Airport (in Tokyo). But if you say so. They may have had the room booked since Saturday, but they probably would have arrived early/late Sunday morning at the earliest.- Where are Coldplay?
There's those two cafes/restaurants that all the celebs go to eat in Yorkville. Sassafraz and that Bistro whatever it's called. And yeah the Starbucks in that area is a popular celeb hideout for their caffiene fix. But unless Starbucks uses Fair Trade coffee, I don't think you'll see the band there.- Toronto Aug 2 ACC [2005]
I'm thankful I saw them twice on their last tour. Don't they substitute Low for Talk every so often?- Coldplay Tour T-shirts
i bought a coldplay tee from the first tour on eBay. A steal really, half off the usual $20/$30 price from their earlier tours: http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7531643544&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT- It looks like they are scared about their releases
No because i'm talkin about different releases: one in an outdoor venue and the other one in an indoor venue. Just take a look @ the u2 with these two live dvds from the same tour: Last I remember, those discs came out at least 2 years apart. U2 only released the 2nd disc b/c: A) It was at Slane Castle.... so it was a special gig (finale of the tour actually). B) U2 had twenty odd yrs of material to perform, so the two shows had fairly different setlists. The majority of consumers wouldn't be willing to purchase two DVDs with more or less the same songs.- It looks like they are scared about their releases
I don't see the point of releasing another tour DVD so soon. There's not that much turnover in live material that it's a dramatically different product than the Live 2003 disc.- Anyone rockin' a Make Trade Fair T-shirt?
You should get one first thing you get to the ACC cuz they'll be sold out quick. Or you may not be able to get your size. They sold out the first time I was at their ACC show, but I got one at their Amphitheatre show.- White Wristbands
There's at least three variations of the white wristband: UK says "MAKE POVERTY HISTORY" Canada says "makepovertyhistory.ca" US says "ONE" It all comes down to preference. I ordered the original UK one online.- Talk last night
Wow.. they played Talk. That's mint...- Live 8 in Toronto
The CTV feed is awful.... went downhill after Dido performed. But it was funny how CTV gave away an entire BOOK of tickets to ppl outside the gates of Park Place. Guess turnout wasn't what organizers expected.- Live 8 in Toronto
You ended up getting Barrie tickets? I'm have tix, but I never thought of selling them either, even though I'm not going. CTV's airing of Live 8 is gawdawful. Way too many commercial interruptions between an artist's set. - Pre-show music
