[Downloads] Coldplay piano sheet music links
There's a "Singles and B-Sides" (official) book that available and covers everything through X&Y... I bought it a year ago so it should still be out there. Not sure if anyone has it here though...

U2 singer Bono apologises after foul-mouthed insult of Coldplay's Chris Martin
Swear to god guys... read! :D "After apologising, Bono jokingly labelled Chris 'a completely dysfunctional character and a cretin'". I think everyone's blowing this out of proportion. I haven't heard it, but considering Bono, that doesn't seem like something he would do. Sounds like a joke that may or may not have come out they way he wanted. Happens sometimes. If it had worked everyone would have laughed and gone "Ah that Bono! Haha!" :D

Does anyone have the music for Rainy Day?
I'd like to know as well. It's probably my favorite from the EP!

Bruce Springsteen
His new album is good. I didn't like it as much as "Magic" but it's a nice album. I love Bruce and can't wait for Halftime tonight. Oh, and he says he supports Coldplay for the Halftime Show act next year! :)

Coldplay could get into trouble for 'reverse graffiti'
Me: Have you wrote the check yet? Chris: When you're that rich, you don't write checks. Me: So how will you pay the fine? Chris: Straight cash, homie! Somehow I can't see Chris doing that.:\

Coldplay to team up with Miley Cyrus?!
I'd kill myself in the worst way imaginable if this ever happened.

VOTE: Who's #1 on the Coldplay Public Enemy List?
I voted for China. Suggesting something is "bad" is one thing. Forcing people to believe it's "bad" is another.

lovers in japan and lost on musicnotes!
Is it me, or does the rhythm to Lovers in Japan seem a little off? Still, I think I can adjust as needed.

23-Jun-08: New York - Tickets, Preview, Meetups, Review/Photos
Great show. Wasn't too impressed with Jon Hopkins, but once they took the stage, Coldplay proved why they are one of (if not the) top band on the planet. A lot of people were upset about the lack of an encore, but considering it was FREE, and I got to see one of my favorite bands, I didn't mind. PS. How awesome was Chris after he screwed up on Fix You? That was great!

Intro to Lovers in Japan = U2
The whole song reminds me "A Sort of Homecoming", which doesn't surprise me since Chris has said that the opening song from The Unforgettable Fire is one of his favorite works.

Coldplay will be on Jimmy Kimmel Live...
There we go! And they mentioned the whole thing is on his website, so I don't mean if it's all the songs they did a few days ago, or just the ones that got aired.

Coldplay will be on Jimmy Kimmel Live...
I hope there's another song... After having to sit through two guests that I don't care about and an eight minute commercial cluster right before the act, I will be highly disappointed if that's all.

New York show winners are ....

Coldplay Playing on Today Show June 27th
I'll try to be there. That means taking a train ride in the very wee hours of the morning but it will be worth it! Usually, Today Show concerts start around 9 AM, not at 7. At least, it's aired at 9, not sure if they broadcast it live. So really, I'm not sure what time to get there, but I'll get there.

The 2008 baseball thread (that only i will talk in)
I wouldn't say they suck. Not yet. I mean, the past week has been brutal, they clearly started to miss A-Rod and Posada in the line up, and I think that's the big issue. Out of all the games in this miserable week, they've really only been completely out in two of those games. The first game at Tampa and Tuesday against Baltimore. Even the Sunday night game, they had chances down 4-2 to put some runs on the board. The only game they looked like they were just not there was Tuesday. They haven't played sloppy and they haven't found ways to lose, with the exception of Tuesday night. But everyone the past three years has said that the Yankees were done in the middle of May and every year they turned out to be wrong. I think that this year, doubters will be just as wrong. A-Rod is back, Jeter is healthy and Cano had a good game last night. As long as the offense keeps ticking like it did last night, guys like Kennedy and Mussina can get away with 5 innings pitched and four or five runs. I was very pleased with last night's game because Rasner kept his streak of good starts going and the offense looked just like it was supposed to, so I don't think it's time to panic yet.
