well the gallagher brothers are definitely not pretentious, they are extremely arrogant. This bothers a lot of people, but I think its funny. They say what's on their mind rather than being politically correct.

^ i wouldn't go that far, radiohead have some very good songs and albums, but their diehard fans do think there the best band ever and no other band can ever compare. its just a fact that oasis sold more and are more beloved in Britain than radiohead. More people bought morning glory, i own morning glory and most of the bends(from downloads).

ok....just buy Bleach, Nevermind, In Utero, and Mtv unplugged....all the songs are good. My favorites that you can download now are...heart shaped box, Smells like teen spirit, drain you, come as you are, all apologies, dumb, lithium, and about a girl..thats good for a start, then once you love all those songs, buy the cds i listed:)

i love how people throw around the word overrated, nevermind the fact that they made two of the best albums of all time, forget about that.

no...doys was good, better that hc and dbtt. And I think its pretty amazing that they are able to put out a album as good as doys 14 years after their debut, and i think there still one of the best bands in the world. doys was one of my favorites from last year.
