Yep. They have quite a different accent and they use expressions that Quebeckers don't and vice-versa. But if you speak French (I guess you have french classes, no?) you'll be able to understand them as much as you understand quebeckers.

Most people (don't get me wrong, not everyone of them) who are for the seperation are uneducated people who's only argument is that 'We're different and too cool for the rest of Canada'. They don't even think about the consequences it would have on our economy, our relationships with other countries, our national defense, etc. Blah.
