Man I can't believe I'm just commenting on this just now. Saw this on the news a while ago and I was just like you guys, "WTF?!" I'm gonna think twice before using my iPod on a bus to the city again. I feel so sorry for the victim's family. How do you bury your loved one in those circumstances? I seriously hope the attacker gets some mental help as well as being imprisoned. The nursing school graduate in me says this guy probably has extreme schizophrenia. I can only imagine the voices in his head.

Oh and I forgot. How adorable that little boy was! And how lucky! To be carried by Yao Ming and experience that awesome show; I'm sure it's something he'll never forget :) I almost cried when his story was told; when we're young we're so innocent.

I don't like the sound of this, and how disgusting it was done when the rest of the world would be concentrating on the Olympics.

Wow, that Opening Ceremony takes the cake! I missed the first half hour but the rest I did see was beautiful! I don't know how Vancouver and London can beat that torch lighting! Just, WOW.

I love this movie :) I have the DVD, when I first got it it never left the DVD player lol And my Bono is in it <3 My favorite parts are the bowling/I've Just Seen A Face and the recruiting/I Want You scenes.

Pineapple Express - 10/10 but deserves more! I agree with above. Friggin' hilarious! I think it was even better than Knocked Up and Superbad :) Seth's so adorably funny! He and Franco made a great team lol

Did anyone watch it yet? I just got back from seeing it and seriously the most hilarious movie I've seen in a while! So freakin' funny...too many quotable quotes to remember. I was always laughing and almost to tears lol and I've never done that in a theater watching a comedy! Definitely go see it if you're in need of a good laugh :D Tropic Thunder next!

Oh that is sad. I've had One Day In The Life Of Ivan Denisovich on my shelf for years and still haven't read it. Wish I had read it before he died :( I hope he's in a better place.

No you are not :) But I also love Edward :) Have you turned into a werewolf or vampire? lol LoL I'm done with the book, just finished like 5 minutes ago, but I also had to stop at Ch. 32. Eyes hurt too much from lack of sleep past couple of days lol And I definitely agree about the "twists", if you can even call them twists :) I picked up my copy at B&N at about 1p on Saturday and I didn't really start reading it until later that night. Not like when I read the HP books. hehe I'm the total opposite, I liked reading the Jacob point of view because it was different. The whole series is pretty much told from Bella's eyes, like the HP series is seen from Harry's, so the Jacob part was a very nice change for me. ================ Well I don't really want to discuss the book too much yet since it seems like people are still reading or not able to get the book yet. Been staying away from this thread because I didn't want to be spoiled, but apparently there hasn't been much discussion on here yet lol I'll just say that overall I liked it, but I think I would've changed the ending around a little bit. And that, I liked Bella a little more in this one than I have in the previous books.

ha funny you posted this bc i just went to their concert in Scranton, PA last night. my friend's kids love them and she bought six tickets for all of us. I'm not as obsessed with the Jo Bros as they are but I do like them. They put on a very good show and though the music is 'poppy-rock', they write their own songs and all play instruments. They're not that bad really, you just have to be open minded enough to listen to one song and if you don't like it, then that's fine, they just aren't your cup of tea. But at least attempt to know a little bit of what you're criticizing first :dozey: Their concerts are selling out too..for the one who respected Miley. And they're from Jersey :) Represent! lol
