*Sigh* Theres lots of stuff going on ;), We are going to have an open Committee where we have a team and I am allowing people to put forward ideas so we can talk about them and they can persuade us why it is great and things like that ;), And people critiscising it before it has even begun is pretty low, it really boosts my confedence ;), I have worked very hard on it so far and thats why I am saying: IT'S A TRIAL RUN To begin with, so please don't criticise me, I am sure you have better things to do with your time and really....Whats the harm in trying?
