Ok, so remind me why you were even in here in the first place...? I'm not insecure about nuffin', your welcome to your opinion, it's just that what you said makes absolutely no sense when talking about a band like Mew. If you'd have come here, said I'm listened to some of their stuff and don't like it, fine, fair enough. I'm sure it happens all the time, nobody gives a shit. But you came along and dismissed them as a band for teenagers and not given any justification to back this up, other than the fact you think they are mainstream, which they are far from being. This is a band in their thirties, who have been playing & writing together for over 12 years, in which time they've evolved several times, encompassing straight pop, serious rock, dreamy indie. They're not some pre-pubescent American garage band you know. I'd be interested to know which Mew songs, if any you're actually heard. ps: If you're gonna pop in any thread and post un-thought-out and meaningless opinions like thatr, be prepared for the moron fans of the band to argue with you. :whatever:
