Such fate - So excited! :) I got lucky with this too! I just happened to click refresh for the first time around 10:52 on my comp and my heart sank when I saw the link, clicked it, and there was the PIN and the tickets! Fate! I needed something like this soso bad right now so I'm so thankful. I'm not a Roger's customer, but luckily my friend who I work with is - We had both our computers and her phone set-up to try for tix - I take this stuff seriously, haha. When we looked again at 11:03 it said all the tix were gone - Insanity! What time do you guys think that the show will start at? I know it says doors 5:45pm but then it also says 6-8pm... Do you think it'll be 6... or 8? Luckily we only work a couple of subway stops away! That's deff an early entry time for 9-5'ers. Congrats to everyone else who scored tix, and good luck to the rest who are trying :) There's just gotta be more ways! There's one on the Rogers' Facebook page for sure - And you don't have to be a Rogers Customer to enter - Just have to "like" the page.

No worries, I've seen them live twice, once real close, and had the opportunity to meet them... I'm more excited to hear that another fan will get their chance than I am disappointed :) You're going to have the time of your life, I assure you.

Probably an easier way to look at it, which I've posted on this thread before, is that the stage appears to be the same as it was last time they were here (two catwalks) which, according to the seating chart would place the end of the general admission around the row 13 mark (in a normal seated venue), which means that the first row in section A would be roughly around where row 14 would actually be. So just do the math from there...

It was ever so brief... However, they surprised us after the soundcheck was over with a chance to have our photos taken with the band in small groups... Super fast meet and greet style thing... The funny thing is... There I was, standing face to face with my favourite band and all I could think... Was "wow, they're a lot shorter in person"... lol, ya I don't really get star-struck, but it was cool.

it's better than any of the floor seats left (B)... especially if your girlfriend isn't very tall.

Awe :( Ya, it was AMAZING. They played Warning Sign for us... I was the most beautiful version of that song I have heard in my life. Chris' voice was so soft and perfect through it. They also started to play Everything's Not Lost (at which point I had a major heart attack from surprise and excitement) but Chris wasn't happy with the way it was coming out... and shut the song down before it barely started in true Chris fashion, haha.

No, no... haha no worries you didn't miss out just like THAT. You had to request them online... On their reward zone website... Same place that did the pre-sale.

That Loblaws is so prefect. I would never survive long line ups and waits at Koolhaus without it, haha.

It was actually at the ACC last year... I was row 6 (the first 5 were for random selections from the crowd)... They had a soundcheck party before hand... Bestbuy was giving out tickets (to the party) to the first 50 people to request them... and I was lucky enough to be one of them :) It was the best day, ever. The Koolhaus concert was like the summer before I moved to Toronto... I was so dissapointed to have missed that opportunity.

That's A LOT farther back than the pitcher's mound... It's ACC equivalant is... Out the door... Congrats on getting tickets your happy with, though! I've seen them up close too... and met them... So that's taking a bit of the sting away, lol.

Yes, they would. Besides, I've already tried just selecting "GA Floors" and no luck :(. Just a word of advice for everyone... don't buy anything in the B section of floors unless you're a giant. Go for 100 levels if you want to be close/actually see something.

I was under the impression that pre-sales are generally given a small portion of the tickets... Distributed fairly amongst the pre-sales. However, in this case, it's obvious that all the best seats went to the Argos pre-sale just so they could make a buck. What a SCAM. The best part is that there was no limit on the Argos pre-sale so now there are a million scalpers on ebay and craiglist holding the best seats hostage for even more ridiculous prices.

Wow I've never been so dissapointed over the way concert tickets were sold in my life. The only thing that's coming up this morning is reserved section B on the floor (which is over 40 rows back I think)... This tells me that the only way I was going to get GA floors... the ticket I wanted... Was to spend over $200 extra with the earlier pre-sale. Disgusting.

oh no, sorry for the confusion.... that was me... in response to another post i made... it wasn't about Coldplay, but rather No Doubt... I was just saying how the way that No Doubt is going about selling their best tickets is brilliant... and that Coldplay should look into trying that method in the future. I just added that on top of that (they, No doubt) are giving away their entire back catalogue with tickets.

Looking at the seating chart, it seems that the stage set up will be the same as it was last time they were here (the two catwalks)... Judging by that, general admission looks like it ends at about where the 13th-ish row of seats would normally be (if there were seats)... so you're probably at the equivalant of row 29 which is pretty decent for such a large venue... especially considering how many seats are behind you :) Glad to see that there's atleast one football fan getting something out of this deal... I wish it were Jays tickets, lol... football is the only sport I can't watch!

So essentially you're going make 4 people, 4 FANS, pay more than double for tickets... Just to make up for your losses? Not to mention depriving 4 people of the chance to buy pre-sale tickets... I'm sorry, but that's horrible.

Ya I realize that... I did see that too... Just going by what other people have been told on here... Ticketmaster needs to get it's stuff together.
