Personally, I feel that, as a STRICT rule of thumb, with ALL threads, ALL the posts stay on topic!!!!! At times, I just lose interest in threads when they go completely off tangent!!!!:angry::angry:

Without ploughing my way through loads of threads and posts, can someone PLEASE tell me in a nutshell what actually happened, as I have been out of the loop a bit recently!!!! How did all of this come to be a big mess???

But I have scanned the EPG on Sky for the E! Channel for the whole of today and all they are showing is the BAFTAs Live From The Red Carpet!!!!:o:o:o

The CBS Channel on TVU will be showing the Grammys live straight after the 60 Minutes programme!!!!

Really, us in the UK, dont get live satelite transmissions as such per se, as events happen, due mainly cos of the time differences!! For example, with the Grammys, they are starting at 8PM LA time, which will be 4AM our time, Monday morning, and alot of the channels here that are most likely to carry the event usually have either teleshopping or are closed down at that time so it has to be shown at a later time, so, hence, that is why ITV2 are showing it at 9PM on Monday!!! By the way, the E! Entertainment Channel are showing the Grammys Live From The Red Carpet at 8AM on Monday so us here in the UK, may get to see Coldplay being interviewed before the event on the red carpet!!!!:D:D:D:D

Well, it wont be live, but the whole event is on ITV2 at 9:00PM on Monday the 9th Feb!!!!:D:D

I mean, this morning, for example, when I was watching David Letterman, there was no freeze-ups at all, it just all depends on a lot of things really!! But because I am a HUGE Letterman fan(I am a member of the UK David Letterman Fan Club!!!:D:D:D), I put up with the slight freeze-ups, cos in my mind, this is better than nothing as we dont get his show over here right now!!!!

Also on this player you MAY get slight freeze-ups, but they are only minimal if they do occur!! It all depends on the connections between the streamer, the player and yourself!!!

If you look at the TV Guide, the Grammys, start right after 60 Minutes!!

I honestly wouldnt know as I have a PC and not Mac!! Anyway, with you being from Canada I would have thought that you could get 60 Minutes!!!!:o:o

With that player its the only way I can watch The Late Show With David Letterman!!!!:D:D:D:D:D Over in the UK I have Sky Satelite(which is a piece of shit, IMO!!!) and theres NOT ONE channel that shows David Letterman right now cos hes been shunted around from channel to channel over the past 4 years and now hes not shown at all, so I am eternally grateful for this player!!!! Mind you, cos of time difference between the UK and the USA and from where its streamed from(the Bay Area of San Francisco), its shown every morning at 7:30AM!!!! By the way, for UK Coldplay fans, the Grammys are on ITV2 at 9.00PM Monday!!!!:D:D:D:D

To all fans outside the USA and who have broadband if u go to http://www.tvunetworks.com and download the TVU Player, you will find that CBS is on there and then you can watch 60 Minutes LIVE from wherever you are in the world!!! I have that Player so I will be able to watch it from here in the UK!!!:D:D:D:D:D

I cant install Nero Express, cos when i was installing it there was a serial number in the process which has expired and apparently I actually need a Nero Express CDRom system disc 2 download it and i am downloading it from online!!!

The thing is it is getting serious in the USA as well now!! Barack and everyone is working day and night 2 work out stimulus packages!!

Well right now the UK is not a pretty sight, as it was suddenly declared today that officially we are in a recession!!!! Burn4Free only has one drive to choose from!! Right now I live in the UK!!

Well let me install that and we will see if it works!!

No, I am not using Nero Express!! I use Burn4Free for all my CD burning!!

Both the DVD and CD Rom drives are working for playing media, but the CDRom drive just doesnt work for burning!! I am using Windows XP Professional Basic, by the way!!!
