yay!! yea..but my summer classes start the next day in statesboro, ga 3hrs away from atlanta....so I'll have to wake up early or something...but it's worth it and I've done it before for coldplay! yyayyyy

I have tickets to charlotte, if you're interested (my mom wants to sell the ones we got for charlotte and go to the atl show instead) :( they're not front section though..

you're planning on going to 6+ concerts this summer, will probably end up broke, and take less hours of summer classes because of all of it....

I want to go SOOOO Badly, but of course I'm taking summer classes and they start on that day, so I probably wouldn't/couldn't be able to go :-( :-( :-(

after the Atlanta Twisted Logic show, my mom and I were driving through downtown atlanta, heading towards the highway, and we saw the X&Y van! (not what the band was in, it's a little astro van thing..) we stopped at a red light and they were next to us, so my mom (who was driving) jumps out of the car, runs over to the coldplay van and asked them if they could give her something for me, I was like OMG!! the car door is open at like 11pm in downtown atlanta with the keys in the ignition and my mom is asking coldplay people for free stuff! ahh, but she returned with x&y stickers! they're pretty cool, I actually put them on my car, along with a MTF bumper sticker I got that night too.

I dont know if this makes sense: but when I'm searching for hotels, should I use Charlotte as the city or is there a 'closer' city to use..if you guys know what I mean. like the smaller cities or neighborhoods or w/e.. thanks for any help!

I emailed the oxfam people I knew of, and they said to find out if we can work there, we have to wait until it's a few months closer to the day...so nerve racking, since this is the only out of the 3 I'm planning on going to that I have tickets to. But I have faith. about the glow sticks--what if we did purple (for violet hill), or a combo of a bunch of colors (but we'd all have the same ones) is there a group of people meeting up to try to see/meet the band before the concert? like with posters and stuff? if not, we should do it , maybe it'd happen!! yay.. and does anyone know of any hotels pretty close to the venue? the website for the venue doesn't really give great info. thanks..sorry this has a lot of stuff in the post, i've been a slacker from this thread for a while.

don't feel silly about it...I've cried too at the 3 concerts I've been to, and have to try not to cry when i think about them/future concerts. and I'm 20 too..so it's all good. I think since we're such hardcore fans, it's on an emotional level, like it's a hobby or something. so yea..

no one wants to talk about Coldplay in Raleigh... lol

oh wow..I had a coldplay dream last night too..my like millionth one.. I was at some concert venue, and then coldplay had some challenge to meet them which was to hold onto one of the yellow balloons for as long as possible. I did it and won, so I got to hang out with them at a sound check and they let me play piano while chris sang, and we played a few songs and then right before I was about to play talk on the piano, I woke up :-(
