  1. I find it already awful that security doesn't hand out water when you are in the front...I never saw that in the UK..the security does most of the time only that over here and rightly so. P.
  2. White Lies will be much earlier then 7pm guess around 5 pm as CP have to be on stage by 8.30 as wembley has a curfew of 10.30 pm however in general for big open air gigs gates always open that early as somehow those 80 000 people have to make it into the stadium. Well if you have a seat you can also come just before CP take the stage your seat should be still there. P.
  3. have to agree the ticket situation in England is always a desaster...but have to say the orga on the day is much much better then for example in Germany not perfect but much much better. P.
  4. dont' think they will turn you away but the think is that you actually have to scan y our ticket and then the turnstilles open so I don't know if it opens when you have a different entrance on it. In my mind it should make a difference but you never know. P.
  5. oh, I am with you on that looooove that song...live that is - not to keen on the album version. P.
  6. Its the same stadium...the renamed it a couple of years ago to stade de suisse stadium. P.
  7. yeah, guess they will be all freaking out all day Friday....:) which quite honestly they should be LOL... P.
  8. I can actually remember an article in the musicweek a while back which said that Radio 1 will have special from Take That Wembley gig, U2 Wembley gig and Coldplay's. I know they did something with Take That which was also pre-recorded and aired at Chrisl Moyles breakfast show. not sure if they did something with U2 but as far as I remember the Take That stuff was just annouced like in the week leading up to the gig. Guess the live lounge thing could be pre-recoreded but wouldn't be suprised if they went also to Jo's house, they might be busy that day but so is Jay Z. Guess we have to wait and see. P.
  9. yeah, we probably should move to RW thread..haven't listen to the demo version of bodies..as I don't like demos most of the times anyways. P.
  10. Still can't believe that there will be no more Live Lounge and Jo Whiley on BBC 1 - its actually a disgrace! P.
  11. Gatwick Express brings you into Victoria Station which is Central London and quite good. The train takes around 45 min. to London. P.
  12. yeah, thats all a bit much....can't wait for Friday to hear the new single...or just him on the radio again! :) P.
  13. well, it was ok - but there are def. a lot of mental unstable people in the RW world.... are you still on there? P.
  14. well, at the moment London has around 20 degrees and I saw Robbie Willimas in Milton Keynes in 2006 around 5/6th September and by the time he was on stage i was freezing! Hopefully the stadium will keep the "heat" a bit better. P.
  15. Well, I think to queue overnight is just stupid to say it politly. I did it once which was this year to see TT in Sunderland..and quiet honest it's a waste of time, cause if you go there at 11 pm or at 8 am in the morning there is no difference you will get the same spot at the gig. So my suggestion would not to hype each other up about the whole thing. P.
  16. great arctile - like the fact that they are nervous about the UK Tour esp. Wembley...so they should be. A bit of nervous energy is always good esp. if you are touring that long! P.
  17. Looking at the Lyrics - no hope in hell that Coldplay would have released that song...those lycris are so not coldplay lycris..if you know what I mean. Plus Chris can give his songs to whomever he wants to give them to quite honestly. P.
  18. a couple of peope tried this at U2 but the people where having none of it and the security moved them to the back of the queue. :) P.
  19. same year - 1-2 people is normally not a problem, I let them in as well...I just get slightly pissed off if people think they can join queues 30 min. before the gates open purely because if stand there all day others can do the same. P.
  20. I know but if the people behind you haven't seen one person in like 5 hours they could start to bitch about it, been there done that. Personally I much much prefer the whole wembley organsation as to what I have seen in Munich, nobody organised queues there, security in the front didn't gave out any water etc. P.
  21. well, you have to me nice to the people behind you and behind them and tell them as soon as that someone else is coming. We got away with that with U2 because the people behind us were quite nice but it really depends a. what time you will join someone in the qeueu if it's at 3 pm it won't go down to well and quite honestly rightly so. P.
  22. I think the GA entrances are B & C and A & F - I think you basically will queue from the south and north ramp, and shortly doors open you will be divided into the turnstilles, the whole think is pretty good organised, people however won't be able to push into the queue as security is there all the time. and forget to run down the stairs in the stadium as you def. will be held by security. Both entrances are opposite the stage with is quite usual in stadiums but the run (well fast walk) is not as bad as running through whole bloody venue in Munich.... As I said before Wembley is pretty good organised! P.
  23. great post...- Thanks. I know that if I would have that sort of money I would spend it on a lovely big house or two or three, etc. and I am pretty sure everybody else would do the same. :) P.
  24. nope you don't have to follow the crowd plus but good old common sense goes a long way even nowadays. I don't think you got abuse here but you compared Gwyn to Yoko Ono...so who got the abuse you or Gwyn...???? P.
