  17. Very sad news, i'm not a fan of the Beastie Boys but it's always sad when something like this happens. He was so young to die. RIP.
  18. The Black Keys - Gold On The Ceiling
  19. I was just asking you why people say first world problems to something that could happen anywhere. Of course there are worse problems! But the first world/third world thing can be quite derogatory.
  20. Why do you say first world problems? It happens to almost everybody all over the world. Being from Europe, United States, Africa, Asia or South America doesn't change a thing about how people feel towards the band they like. I'm from the so called Third World, and we feel this way too. Let people express themselves.
  21. I know what you mean! I've had this feeling before, the empty feeling is really horrible. But you have to think that you'll see them again in the future, for sure. I'll give you my example, I saw them in Buenos Aires, Argentina, 2 years and 2 months ago. After the concert finished, I felt a bit sad because all of it happened too fast and, like you, I didn't know when I was going to see them again. You know, it takes a lot of time to the bands to go back to South America again. I went to other gigs and I had a great time in all of them, until one good day, and because life is weird and unpredictable, I bought tickets to see them for the second time here at Washington DC. Totally different place and crowd. But what I want you to know from this is that it doesn't matter where or when, you will see them again for sure if that's what you really want! As for the amnesia, don't worry, it happens every time. I went to plenty of concerts (the ones on my sig are just a few :P) and it happened to me every single time, I don't know why really, maybe because of the shock of seeing one of your favorite bands performing in front of you, but you shouldn't regret of anything, you know you saw them and that you had a great time and that's what really counts! :) I'm still waiting for July 9th :D
  22. I've listened all of Dr Dee and I have to say that i'm impressed by the ability of this man to write any kind of music. No doubt he's a great musician and loves what he does. But to be honest, I didn't like this album, not because it's a very different style compared to what he used to write, it is because I found it quite boring and disappointing. There are a couple of good songs, but I think he could have added more energy to it. Maybe I should give it another try before making a solid opinion, but after the first listen, this is all I can say.
