I like it, but not as up beat as I thought it would be...was hoping for more of an anthem like song like VLV. But nonetheless, I still like it. I know a lot of people are disappointed but can't blame them for wanting to do something different...hopefully once they perform it life everyone will like it more :)

Just like when Coldplay does covers of other people :D I'm sure all the other artists fans are saying they butchered the song but in our eyes, it's good/different.

I wouldn't say no one can do it better...I'm a HUUUUGE Coldplay fanatic but I'd say when other's do it, it's just different.

Taylor Swift is one of the NICEST artists out there =] She spent over 13 hours in a stadium meeting fans not too long ago. She took pictures, signed autographs, and just hung out with them. Amazing~ Despite a lot of people dissing her for not being able to sing and etc, I still love her as a person and give her props for just being the adorable person she is =] I think it's the same with a lot of her fans.

I wish I could go too =[ But I really do hope someone is able to go to represent coldplaying :)

I know, but I was just saying that's it's okay for them to do them once in a while :D I wouldn't want that to ever happen! And knowing Coldplay, I'm sure it won't. Yeah, that day was awesome! I traveled nonstop on the road that week :D Best week of my life!

I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing for them to do a private gig, they have enough public gigs with touring/tv shows/award shows and etc. Yeah this gig might be a private gig for those who have money/record exec people and etc....but hey at least they do WAY more public gigs than private gigs.

So amazing! I wouldn't know what to talk about if that happened to me! I've met him once before and all I was able to ask was Can we take a picture? LOL...I need to prepare again if it does happen one day.

Well I don't know if you've heard this one on guitar, but it's one from the Southbank Show or something. Here's the one I posted onto youtube. Yeah, I found some good ones too but out of the 10 pages I read it was mostly negative :(

I may be wrong, but Coldplay only has one with Viva La Vida and Muse has none.

Yeah tell me about it! A lot of people tweeted "Thanks Steve, now the world knows Chris Martin can't sing life". And a bunch of other stuff...I would say 95% of the tweets I see are negative and the 5% of the good ones are from hardcore Coldplay fans.

Awww I feel bad, did a search on twitter for Chris Martin and it looks like a lot of people are bashing his performance :(

Hmmm, maybe he's wearing that thing on his thumb because it's been injured before and it's for support so he doesn't hurt it again? I have some friends who wears those when they play sports and stuff to help. BTW, pictures and little video snippet is amazing! Wish there were more and maybe some will eventually pop up from random people recording on the beach.
