Why are the government in the UK so retarded when it comes to speed, it's been proven in reports that it's not a contributing factor to many accidents, I believe the number was as little as 4% and yet the government obsess over it-why?, taxesm anyone who is sad enough to do this kind of busybody crap deserves to be run over by the speeding car in question.

I've only heard the lead single and wondered whats happened to Axls voice, he sounded so different, don't get me wrong I love the original G n R I just hope I love the new album too!!.
