  1. I just went back to look at the seat map to see if there were any updates; still no C5. Maybe it's some type of extension of C4. I'm way up in Section 336.
  2. By 10:15 a.m. CST, whatever presale tickets that were available for purchase are all gone for the Soldier Field show.
  3. Hello from Chicago! What a great way to end a work week! Loving the feed ...
  4. Here's a link to my Flickr album photos: (added a few for teasers - B)
  5. Here's the link to the video I shot from up in Section 320 of "Amsterdam." The video itself if shaky, but the sound quality is pretty good. [ame]www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZopX98VPqM[/ame]
  6. Recorded "Amsterdam" from up in Section 320. I'll have to post it tomorrow. I had a feeling that we'd hear it tonight. Chris even said they had not played it live in 10 years. Amazing.
  7. Hey, everyone ~ been absent for awhile, but I'll be rockin' out from Section 320 tonight. I cannot tell you how much I need this!
  8. The whole group of 23 did, but it has been very difficult for them. The night it happened, they worked at a hospital that was unequipped to handle the over 100 people that showed up with severe injuries.
  9. My best friend was in the village of Gramothe outside of Port-au-Prince when the earthquake struck. She was part of a medical missions team with the Little by Little organization. What she witnessed in the hours and days following, is beyond most of our imaginations. I strongly encourage everyone to donate whatever they can to help the people of Haiti tonight.
  10. I agree; I usually detest Kid Rock, but the harmonies are pretty good.
  11. Very cool ~ seems like everyone is having a good time.
  12. Does anyone know how easy/how strict they are with cameras at this stadium? We are debating whether or not to bring one with. Merci!
  13. Well, getting ready to head to the airport for our flight to Paris this afternoon. We will see everyone on September 7th!
  14. Trainer Dan was out in the lawn area bequeathing ticket upgrades to unsuspecting people. I noticed him when he was talking to this group of three people who seemed totally confused at what he was asking him. I saw his security badge dangling down and saw who it was and looked over at my friend and said to her, "he's giving upgrades!" We were right on the rails on the left/Jonny's side. I tried calling to him as he walked by, but he didn't hear me  The three people who did get the upgrades were clearly suprised at their luck.
  15. Luckily, we had two blankets with us, so we just wrapped them over our backs and heads. At least it only rained a little while.
  16. Well, here is a link to my photos from my flickr album: We were on the lawn, right up against the rails on the left side in front of this fenced-off area that one of the Live Nation "crowd control" people told us would be the stage © that the band would come out and play on. I was counting down to Viva La Vida, I see Will running down the pathway, but they keep going the other way. Well, the Live Nation girl was obviously wrong, because the C stage ended up being in the middle of the lawn. The whole crowd on the lawn moved toward them as soon as they started to play Green Eyes. It was the closest I got to Chris, Jonny, Will and Guy - still cool. A lot of my pictures are shots taken of the screen, but there are a few good ones. I have a few shots which show the entire stage, as well. As you've read on earlier posts, the crowd was totally into it - everyone was singing along, dancing ... it really gave the boys the energy they needed. It was SO MUCH better than the United Center concert I attended last July. I can't wait to Paris! It was nice to meet Angie and Lori earlier in the day, too.
  17. We were parked in the "yellow" lot and it took us over an hour and a half to get out. We just got home. Pictures tomorrow. :dozey: AMAZING SHOW!!
