It was apparent during VLV that Chris was having a hard time hitting the higher notes. He sounded better during Lost. I think the arrangement of Yellow helped his vocal, too.

U2 was the only other band who played four songs on SNL.

My eyes were getting heavy waiting to see them up on the stage for the good-nights and as soon as I heard the opening riffs to Yellow it totally aroused all of my senses.

NBC did the same thing to U2 a few years back when they were on SNL. I'm appalled!
