Or just keeping a diary works as well. You have to let your emotions out some how.. and if you don't feel comfortable talking to someone then a diary is a good idea. After a few weeks when you go back and read your earlier entries, you will probably notice a difference in your attitude. :)

I was just thinking about how all of this would look from a perspective members point of view. For example if a Coldplay fan comes to this website to check it out before signing up, and the first thing that they see are all these crazy Balack threads then they would probably just be freaked out and leave. :confused:

:stunned: the stuff that she is saying in this interview is seriously messed up! the interviewer keeps telling her "you weren't heavy, just not as thin as normal" and she keeps saying " no, no" that was honestly a little disturbing to read. she is way to obsessed with her weight. 12 hours of working out per week is a bit much in my opinion. She's getting so thin these days. I was looking at this picture the other day of her when she was pregnant with Apple, and her face looks sooooo much better. rounder and just all together better. :confused:
