Had so much in my head the last two days that I totally forgot that it was released today. :embarassed: Now I've got it and i'm speechless. It's so great, the songs have so much dynamic on it, I don't know how to describe it. Did not expect the tracks to be so special. Example: Chris' singing style and the differences in the arrangement of Clocks - gorgeous....I really love it. Coldplay will never become boring. And the best will come yet: to get the physical copy at the concert :D. Thank you guys for the album, you're the best!

New plagiarism scandal - brought up by a Coldplay fan!!!!! Katy Perry is now accusing Coldplay to have stolen a riff from her hit song "Hot n' cold". Very funny, I know but that line came immediately to my head...:D

Yep I would underwrite that too but you have to consider that a lot of people are too superficial to do this. Although we have all the possibilities, even you tube on which we can listen to almost every song popular bands did no one has the time or the interest to really go in for something. So they just listen to VlV and think it's a great song and that's why they say the like Coldplay. Not everyone is so much into music, and these people probably have other interests on which they spend more time, like nails, dying their hair and Germanys or another Country's next Topmodel :veryangry2: - refeering to my classmates in tradeschool. Back to topic. I can't understand this too because my life was always about music but I can't expect that everyone is the same. I have a friend who really likes "The scientist" "Clocks" and "Fix you" and she also says she likes CP but don't think that she is asking me for other songs of them. She just has other things on her mind.

I've got a misheard line now... I always heard: "Let's go flying at the speed of sound" :) but it's: " Birds go flying....."

Are the lyrics correct? The chords are not so important to me, I just wanted to have all of the lyrics in one book, to learn them a bit better for the concert in August :). For the VLV - lyrics I wanted to buy the tour programme at the concert because you can only purchase it on their official webshop and I do not know how to order it without a credit card or something like this. Or do you know where I could order it (from Germany)? habe ich heute auch zufällig entdeckt, hab mich da schon gefragt, welcher verrückter Fan sich sowas zulegen würde :D Zu dem Veggi-Thema: ich esse selber seit Jahren kein Fleisch mehr. Leider hab ich durch eine Krankheit ganz immensen Eisenmangel bekommen, trotzdem würde ich nie zu einem Steak oder so greifen. Leider muss ich mir oft dumme Sprüche anhören, wenn Leute mitkriegen, dass ich kein Fleisch oder Fisch esse und mich ständig rechtfertigen. Das find ich einfach nur lästig, heutzutage müsste doch eigentlich jeder wissen, welche Gründe für vegetarische Kost sprechen, für mich sind's eben ethische Gründe, nur hab ich nicht immer die Lust die ganze Lithanei vom Tierleid runterzuleiern, wenn es die Personen eh nicht interessiert und ich an ihrem Denken sowieso nichts ändern kann.

I've got so many misheard lyrics still in my head,unfortunately nothing comes to my mind right now. But I'm sure I'm very wrong with some songs :) I always say the only bad thing about Coldplay is that there aren't the lyrics printed in the booklet... They have such beautiful lyrics but as a non-native speaker it's really difficult to understand everything and looking it up in the web is also no alternative for me. They should bring out a songbook with all the lyrics, that would be great.

Well it is not really original because Gaga did an acoustic version of her hit song Poker face which sounds very similar [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwdXnlvUe3I]YouTube - Lady GaGa - Poker Face (Acoustic - Live)[/ame] I come to the conclusion, that she's not as creative as you might think when you hear the arrangements, she has just one track she's following (hope you'll understand what I mean :D) So she just grabbed VLV and put it on the old arrangement she did for Poker face. It is not a bad performance but I don't like her voice and her way of singing the song.
