When I was that age I had a fake name I'd use sometimes. ;) It was Jillian. People would say "That's pretty!" and I'd say "yeah... :/" haha

Laura was a little too open with info. :\ I mean, given what she'd shared with me I had her parents names, address, and home phone number in about 20 minutes of searching. (Though the internet can make this crazy-easy) Maybe they're just hoping to teach her a lesson and will let her come back. The more I think about it, the more I can see their point of view. On the other hand, she's my friend and I miss her, and can't even ask her if she's okay. It's hard to process this. :confused:

Ack, my fault. We were at a restaurant, and the song came on just as we'd paid our bill and were standing up to leave. :) And yeah my bracelets are gone. My friend said I looked different. I FEEL different. :\

How long have you had yours? I think it was the 11 months of hot showers--seems to turn the soft rubber into hard plastic. I took the last one off last night intentionally to mark the end of the VLV era. Maybe it's time for a new avatar too... :thinking:

You guys remember the FIRST time you played the whole album? I put it in my car's CD player in the Target parking lot as I drove to work that morning, and was a bit confused at first by what I assumed was a long intro (and not a song without lyrics!), but after the first few lines of Cemeteries of London it was love at first... listen? Of course I learned to love LiT too, it just threw me off that first time. ;)

oh man, maybe tomorrow. It's late. ;)

VLV definitely helped me through what would have otherwise been a really hard year. I even said it literally to myself, "life the life," a few times to give myself a bit of inspiration. :) Strawberry Swing alone brought me out of a few deep funks, and having a concert to look forward to kept me motivated through those hard work weeks. I hope album 5 isn't too far away. :dance: edit: my wrist feels totally weird. :o

Since I can't mark the moment the way I would have wanted to (by talking to Laura :cry: ) I'm going to instead say goodbye for now by removing my final bracelet, the blue Glass of Water bracelet, that I've worn since November... *sniff* Here i go! edit: Naked wrists! It's the end of an era! :(
