FESTIVE (OFFICIAL) BOAT TRIP IN LONDON @ 5PM ON 25 NOV, 2010
He can be in it nevertheless ;) :D Many film directors are having a part in films as well as directing at the same time :) Either way, would be cool if it really was him :)

Kat posted in her story about meeting them at the studio that there was a woman ringing the doorbell and that she was told to wait at the bench ... Don't know who she was but I just can't believe it really happened :stunned: Absolutely perky to me :(

Letter from Phil Harvey: Dear Coldplaying...
Plus thinking about doing something should deffo take place in a different thread as Phil or Debs maybe check on this one to see the further reactions ... ;) So they would find out about anything planned immediately ;)

I stumbled across the wording but thought that I probably got it wrong ;) But I'm with you ... I would never ever dare to do that, that's completely off limits to me :stunned:

Letter from Phil Harvey: Dear Coldplaying...
I neither 'underestimate' them nor do I believe they think 'everyone hates them' but to me it makes me think that Phil does feel the need to apologize/put things straight. :( I mean, there are always different opinions on things and people also do critise CP for doing this or that. No problem about that, I honestly prefer still being critical about things, even if it's your fave band it doesn't mean you have to agree with/like everything. But as I said before, when Phil feels the need to justify himself and clarify things that says a lot, so I reckon' they were somehow hurt by the reactions?? Could be wrong, tough ... And this isn't aimed at you, Lore. :) I just quoted your post to respond to the 'underestimating' topic ;)

FESTIVE (OFFICIAL) BOAT TRIP IN LONDON @ 5PM ON 25 NOV, 2010
@ coldplay are forever & a few others I wouldn't go that far saying the people who 'complain' are selfish or/and stupid. That's too harsh and completely ignorant of you to call them like this. :( They express their opinion even though I still think it's a little unfair to CP & the people working for them. Like Chelsea already said: Would you complain about a bad/boring party you were invited to by one of your friends? Would you say the music sucked, the food sucked or the drinks sucked, given that it was for free? Coldplay invited 100 fans to a boat cruise on the river Thames. If they made this offer through the website and 90 % of the people attending were 'non-coldplaying' people, then I'm pretty sure that people would have complained as well. What I want to say is, this trip was completely free of charge, you didn't need to pay for a ticket or so, so if you get something for free, do you really have the 'right' to complain about non-met announcement/events? This is more rhetorical, so not really a question. More like food for thought kinda like ...

Thanks Chelsea ... I couldn't have put it any better. And getting paid for dealing with logistics everyday, I know what it's like when suddenly unforeseen changes to a proper and well-thought-through plan occur ... :(

^ There!! ... it was JUST thinking/speculating/hoping that the guys would be there as well, so many people came up with the most amazing scenarios what may happen on the boat. :\ I can totally see where you're coming from and I honestly even do understand your feelings as hopes/expactations always happen and one gets carried away by them easily. :( But I think it's a little unfair now to say that you were disappointed by the band/the people working for CP as it was mentioned before that 'only' Phil, Miller & Matt would be there and even though they weren't (which was explained afterwards) you just can't blame the CP HQ/the band for not meeting your hopes/dreams/expectations ... But I guess I shouldn't start arguing in this thread as well :laugh3: Good for you that you managed to meet the guys, not many people were that lucky, so congrats :)

Great pics :) And even better clothes!! :laugh3: So classy with the suits, vests & ties :) Hopefully they stick to a more 'decent' way of dressing ;) :laugh3: The VLV clothes were nice but at some point I really got sick of them :D

Post piccies of the sexy Mr Berryman..
Woah ... these pics of the 'Christmas Lights' video shot look amazing. I'm pretty sure I will love the video :) And finally ... DECENT clothes :laugh3: How I was sick of the VLV outfits :D ;)

Letter from Phil Harvey: Dear Coldplaying...
So nice that Phil took the time to clarify things by writing this email/letter. :) On second thought, pretty sad that he felt the need to justify himself and Miller & Matt for not being there because some people were 'complaining'/critising about the happenings on that evening. :( I wasn't there so maybe I'm not entitled to critise the ones who are complaining but like many people said, I guess the main reason for any disappointment was the high hopes which people unintentional had by joking around what may happen as well on the boat or around. Still I think his reply/'apology' should show everyone that they care. :) The Q&A opportunity is a very nice thing though agreeing upon that it would be much cooler/funnnier to ask these questions 'face-to-face' but I reckon' that some people would have been too shy asking questions anyway (I would have been so) ;) Hopefully all people who were on the boat will submit their questions and that we will get some really interesting ones answered. Good luck everyone :) :)

FESTIVE (OFFICIAL) BOAT TRIP IN LONDON @ 5PM ON 25 NOV, 2010
The stuff people on the boat had to sign is just common practice. So much stuff has lealked from this forum and ended up to be in the papers or online sources. For once they want to control news and I think it's just normal that they ask people to sign this paper and forbid them not to talk about details ...

^ Plus they are absolutely NOT obliged to do ANYTHING special for their fans. This was just a good will, a very nice gesture and still people complain ... Sorry, but I don't get it ... :(

The Domino State
The Domino State will be playing 8 gigs in Germany in January. For those of you living near one of these cities (Hamburg, Berlin, Karlsruhe, Stuttgart, Bocholt, Krefeld, Dresden & Rostock) make sure to catch them. They are absolutely brilliant live!! Dates will be revealed soon ;)

German music....
Honestly ... Dick Brave & The Backbeats were brilliant!! I once saw them in concert and I thought it was pure entertainment!!! One of the guys made a handstand on the piano and stuff - breathtaking! :stunned:

German music....
Sasha is currently busy with the so-called (comedy) 'Rat Pack', which means he teams up with Rea Garvey (singer of band Reamonn), Michael Mittermeier (german comedian) & Xavier Naidoo (also german singer) singing swing song and performing live and acting a bit funny while doing all this ;) Here's another video: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TSN-yHsOhxA]YouTube - SASHA® - Everybody Loves Somebody (Tribute To The Rat Pack)[/ame]
