These are my pics and I actually tried to take some close up shots of this stage stuff BEFORE the concert started but the lighting wasn't good enough so the pics didn't turn out ... ;) :( And on a side note ... I don't mind people re-posting my pics but it would have been nice, if you at least posted where you took them from or who the original poster was. And that isn't just limited to re-posting my pics but it's a common posting etiquette that you always quote the source where you got things from unless it's your own material. :)

Back home after some panic moments but I actually made it ... ;) I'm not able to write a proper review (not that I ever could, I'm rubbish at it anyway) but I will deffo add some comments tomorrow or Tuesday along with some of my pics. The whole thread & topic will be old news by then ;) Just that much, ended up 2nd row between Chris & Guy and that being said, we only arrived at 5.15 pm at the Roundhouse. The 'stand by' queue was actually way longer than the queue of people with tickets. There has been word that the audience was pretty lame in terms but as I was front and didn't see what was happening behind me, I thought the atmosphere was really great and I loved every minute of it :) More later .... I'm just so tired now ... :\

Ich mag' hier ja gar nicht posten ... :\ Nicht, dass mir Jemand die Pest auf den Leib wünscht oder so ;) Fliege morgen früh nach London. Habe tatsächlich Tickets fürs iTunes Festival gewonnen. :shocked2: Echt unglaublich! Habe nicht damit gerechnet, bei der Masse an Leuten, die bei den verschiedenen Competitions mitgemacht haben ... Freue mich wie Bolle, dass ich nach Portugal noch ein zweites Konzert so RICHTIG genießen kann, ohne ständig Fotos zu machen :laugh3: Wobei, hatte ja selbst Schuld :D Either way, bin jedenalls tierisch dankbar :pleased:

If he was, I'm pretty sure he would have shared these fantastic news with the rest of us already ... But maybe he'll be a Coldplayer afterwards ;)

So what about this competition open to residents of other countries as well?! Wasn't it 2 x 2 tickets PLUS transportation they were giving away? But they only announced one winner called Andrew M.?!?? :confused: Sure I had hopes but if it wouldn't be me, I was hoping to see at least one 'familiar' name winning any of these tickets ... :(

IMO Glasto & RAR was better but this could be because of the stream quality which wasn't perfect for me. :( It's always hard to judge when you're not there in person yourself. Loads of the 'atmosphere' gets lost in transmission, so it might have been a million times better in reality ... Saying that, I thought that Oeiras/Portugal was at least as good as TITP :)

That means I haven't missed anything??? Took a 'nap' (well, it was a proper sleep) and only woke up 5 mins ago ... Woohoo, I can watch everything now :D

Played as well while being in Portugal and already choose myself a house to buy there ;) Germany doesn't take part in the Euromillions, so I had to take the chance and play there while being in Portugal. But from looking at the numbers, I reckon' I haven't won anything ... :(

*haha* I took it before the set, when everyone was still 'calm' & kinda quiet. Many of my pics are also blurry not only because of the zoom/distance but because everyone kept jumping up and down and once you've focused, someone 'pushed' you and damn ... the good shot was crap ;) :laugh3: So this one isn't actually completely in focus, maybe someone else has a similar one or will take one ... :)

Home again from Portugal and I'm going to share a few more pics though they aren't as 'spectacular' as all the other (semi-)pro photos from people in the photographer pit or being front row center. ;) I was 'only' second row to the very right side but given this, I am more than pleased with the outcome of my photos :) Oh ... and I forgot to mention in my review that I was interviewed for portugese TV :laugh: There was this girl asking fans who they came for and first they interviewed some guys to my left, then the girls in front of me and then me and the 'reporter' was kinda disappointed when I replied to her question that I hadn't made a sign for Chris, as she kept asking everyone whether they had a sign painted for him ... CP is not only Chris, you know ;) :laugh: Well, I've been told that this station was channel 3 or something but I couldn't remember the name of the programme. Anyone got a clue?? Okay, so here's the promised photos ...

Ich bin dann mal wieder daheim angekommen ... :) Eins habe ich mal wieder durchs Konzert bzw. das Queuen gelernt: Ich bin zu alt für diesen Scheiß :( Anstehen von 12 Uhr mittags bis fast Mitternacht in teilweise brütender Sonne ist einfach nicht mehr für mich & meine alten Knochen. Irgendwie haben es die Portugiesen noch nicht gerafft, dass man sich zwischendurch auch mal wieder hinsetzen kann wenn man anstehen muss. Die ganze Orga dort war ziemlich schlecht, nix von wegen Turnstalls anstehen usw. Zwischen den Gitter musste dann weiter nach vorne gerannt werden, vom ersten 'Einlass' bis zur Bühne waren es locker 1 km ... *urgh* Daher bin ich auch nur gaaaanz rechts zweite Reihe gelandet. Das eine Mädel aus Frankreich, die erste Reihe Mitte war ist irgendwie früher reingekommen, die durfte nämlich lange vor Einlass bereits rein, warum, weiß ich nicht ... :\ Urlaub war auf jeden Fall schön :D

It was so great meeting you too :) Makes waiting always so much nicer & shorter though I was praying for more clouds. The sun was somehow unbearable at times ... :(
