Wenn Du in Düsseldorf einen festen Sitzplatz hast, dann glaube ich nicht, dass die alle Leute in die Arena zu den Stehplätzen lassen. Das dürfen die schon alleine aus Sicherheitsgründen nicht ... Was die 'Schmetterlinge' angeht, wer sagt Dir denn, dass es wieder welche geben wird?! Ich würde mich nicht wundern, wenn die Band das ganze Konzert für die Open Airs etwas umstellt und es somit vielleicht auch keinen Konfetti-Regen geben wird.

Thanks for the advice :) I checked back to see how the camera looks like and honestly saying, it's a bit too big for me, as it looks more like a DSLR camera ;) I was searching for a more 'compact' and smaller camera and I guess the DMC-TZ5 is fulfilling this requirement. But as I am also interested in the video function, I need to find one where the quality isn't too bad ... Btw. I really like your sig gif :)

Es gibt Steh- und es gibt Sitzplätze. Mit der 'freie Platzwahl' ist nur gemeint, dass Du innerhalb der Sitzplätze Deinen Platz frei wählen kannst und keine Vorgabe für Block, Reihe oder Sitz hast.

Someone said in another thread that they probably send out the tickets so late to avoid the reselling of tickets. Many people purchase tickets just to put them on auction and make loads of money with them. So if you receive them so late, there's hardly any time to send them on to whomever bought them off you ;) Could be a reason?! I would get in contact with the place you bought them from and explain to them, that you will be leaving for London from abroad and whether they are able to send the tickets maybe a month earlier so that you get them in time ...

Okay ... the summer is coming closer, the concerts of Coldplay as well and I want to be prepared :wink3: I am currently searching for a new compact digital camera :) At the moment my small digital camera is a Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ1, so a really old version, with only 4.0 megapixel and a 6 x optical zoom. I used to be really satisfied with this camera and the way it worked, but of course it's way too old and I don't have a microphone included to make video recordings with audio. That's why I'm thinking about buying myself a new camera. I have my eyes peeled for the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ5 (DMC-TZ5-EG-TA) 'cause it has a 10 x optical zoom, a 28 mm lense and video function in HD quality. You can also zoom in and out while filming a video and I was told that not many cameras can do so. In every test article you read something about noise but honestly speaking, I'm fed up with it. For more professional photos I have the Nikon D60 kit with 2 different lenses and now I just want to have a 'pocket' camera. The most important thing to me would be, how the audio quality (especially with concert videos) is ;) You see loads of videos on YouTube but sometimes the sound quality is just awful and it destroys the whole video then. So has anyone of you experience with compact digital cameras with a large optical zoom and a good video/audio quality? I am open for any recommendations :) Thanks!

I would love to see James Morrison support Coldplay on their german leg of the tour :) I would be over the moon seeing my two fave artists at once :)

Doch, das meine ich ernst :) Klar, als ich etwa in Eurem Alter bzw. in meiner Teenagerzeit war, da fand' ich London auch klasse und war sogar zu der Zeit in London, als dort das erste Mal Live Aid stattfand. Damals fand' ich's cool, hip usw. aber mit der Zeit ist mir dann klar geworden, dass London laut, dreckig und extrem teuer ist. Da gibt es Städte in UK, die ich wesentlich 'schöner' bzw. ansprechender finde. Und global gesehen kann London mit einigen anderen Städten bzw. Gegenden einfach nicht mithalten ... ;)

If I am not mistaken, it was already 'confirmed' around a month ago, as Thomas Gottschalk himself mentioned at the very end of the last show, that Coldplay would be musical guests at the next show on Jan. 24th, live from Offenbach :confused: I heard about it from a friend, as she told me that Coldplay would be at the next 'Wetten, dass ...?!' show :laugh3: I didn't watch the last show, as I am not so much a fan of it.

Thanks for the info, but I guess it was already mentioned somewhere ... But better safe than sorry ;) Honestly saying I am a bit surprised that they are going to perform 'Viva La Vida'. Surely it's their big hit from last year and therefore more than suitable for 'Wetten, dass ...?!' but they should perform 'LIT II' or 'LIJ' or 'Lost' ... at least something which they are able to make promo for :\

Vielleicht hast Du ja Glück und jemand meldet sich :) Bei dem ersten Link (Ticketline) am besten jeden Tag mal reinschauen. Ich hatte heute durch Zufall reingeklickt und für ca. eine Stunde gab' es wieder Standing Tickets für den 19.09., Du kannst also noch Glück haben.
