I've never been disapointed by the audience on gig with "international artists" in here. Artists kinda always make one date in Paris, so the crowd is from everywhere in the country and we're so happy for someone to come that we're always enthousiast :D And we like make noise before the gig too. I'm always suprised at gigs in UK, the crowd is so quiet before and people on the pit just stands quietly... :inquisitive: I guess that our latin heritage just rush back when we're in concerts :lol: Anyway, the guys seemed to have a great time just like us!! Can't wait to see them again!!!

As promised, a quick review for the paris gig @L'Olympia ^^ It was incredible!! I love that venue cause it's not too small and not too big, and the band just owned it last night! Gary won the crowd the minute he opened his mouth to sing/smile or joke and we responded like mad XD!! On Hand open, he came to sing in the public and a woman threw herself at this neck to hug him...XD He was laughing hard and pat her back before countinuing his way through the alley. Another cool moment was on 'Shut your eyes' where we anticipated the 'shut your eyes' repetition so Gary couldn't sing cause we were doing it for him! He asked us to stop lauging hard and he directed our 'choir' to sing it properly lol My friend filmed this (link below) Anyway, it was awesome!! It went too fast but I had a pure blast! Gary is the sweetest man on earth, always smiling and you can feel how kind he is on stage and how he enjoys to be there with you. A great frontman <3 I missed him at the end of the gig but Virginie (arwen88) saw him ^^ I was seated a few seats away on the same row...total accident but it was cool! Same here! I love all their albums... At first, I prefered the last two but the first tow grew on me and now I love them all equally :)

Couldn't agree more! I still don't understand the big network policies... They engage money, top actors and writers to put on great show and then, they sabotage it (like putting them at crappy hours for The Black Donnellys or getting off the air for 3-4 months for Flashforward) and after that, they are suprised that they haven't many viewers??! Seriously??!!! :facepalm: Not only they let crap shows on. :dozey: I bought it today, and apparently, Mark Benford is not a character on the book, Lloyd is the hero...

It's over :bigcry: The finale left so many questions unanswered and call for a S2...! Now I'm gonna buy the book to have an answer. I know the serie has twisted the original material, but at least, I'll have a REAL end! :lol:

Finished it yesterday. One word: BRILLIANT! Like everybody said, it's not a book about Coldplay but about a man who's deep passion for music has bring him where he is now: at Jonny Buckland's side. The book, thanks to Matt's talent for funny storytelling, describes well the up and downs of a roadie life and you really feel like you're with him backstage. Of course, from now and then, you have anecdotes about the band (which most of the time are as funny as touching). The book ends on the last show in Wembley, which bring me back there. Thanks Matt, you almost make me cry! Add on the this great pics from Bez ( :P ) and Milly and you have a MUST HAVE book for any coldplay fan or just music lovers. GREAT JOB MATT and THANK YOU!
