Hey!!! Well, I just took my last Praxis exam so I can get my teaching license. Boy, it was hard!! There were at least five students who did not finish the test. Plus, there were at least four students who were taking it over because they didn't pass it the first time. Agh!!!!!! I am praying that I passed the exam because I don't want to take it again, especially since the test costs $100 because that is my Coldplay money.. Lauren, you are taking driver's ed? Boy, I can tell you some funny stories about me when I took driver's ed. I'm amazed that I got my license. :laugh3:

Ooh, I am so going to this show. I've only been to Riverbend once and, IMO, it's not that big of a place. Then again, I might be thinking that it's not that big because I was sitting in the third row and I never turned around to see how big it was. :laugh3: Liz, where did you get those prices? And yeah, the general pit is the closest to the stage.

Well, they can live with me. :D My house is big enough for all of us, and they don't have to worry about sharing a bathroom either. LOL!!

Oh man!! I just realized something....the concerts in Cincy and Indy are on the 5th and 6th of June. Do you know what that means? I can wait for them after the concert in Cincy and follow their bus to Indy. But, that would be stalker like and I don't think I can do that, but who knows? By the time I get out of the parking lot I might be behind their bus so I could follow them to Indy.

I don't know is squeeeeee is the right word to express how I feel. I am so freaking happy that they are coming to Cincy and Indy. The concert in Riverbend (Cincy) should be interesting because it's not a really big venue, at least not to me, but it should be exciting. :)

I am so excited because they are coming to Riverbend in Cincy which is less than a hour from my home. Yeah!! When they come I can spend a day at the amusement park (it's real small park but it's nice) that is basically attached to the concert venue. What a fun day it will be!!! Plus, they are coming to Indy which is less than 2 hours from my home and I have family there so there's another concert I will be attending. Yeah!! Wow!! I am just so excited that I can not express it with words. :dance:

I'm so happy because they will be so close to me. I knew if they did Cincy they would do Riverbend. So that means I can ride the rollar coasters before going to the concert. Whoo-hoo!! Luckily, I have family in Indy so that's another concert I will be at. I am so glad I decided not to buy tickets to the show in Boston. This is much better!!!

I'm just stopping by to say "hi" and "bye". LOL!! I'm so tired from school. I can not believe the power went out and it made the kids go crazy. Anyway, I have to get things together for Friday. My students are making Abraham Lincoln's log cabin. I am going to take pics of them doing it so I am sure they'll cheese it up for the camera. Sweet dreams everyone!! :)

Yeah, a lot of folks feel that way at first but then it all changes. I think what is so rewarding about the job is the impact that you have on one's life. You may not see it at first but you do eventually see it. The smile on their faces is what it's all about. Of course, if the pay was better, if school funding was better, if NCLB was revamped or gotten rid of, and parents were more involved in the schools and their kids life then things would be so perfect.

Awwwww!! Those kids are so cute. I should post pics of my students acting silly. LOL!! My class (I'm doing my student teaching at the moment) are first-graders. They can be wild but funny at times. I just love teaching. It's so rewarding.

Shame on you, Lauren. I would ask you to take the test for my teaching license but you;ll f**k that up for me, won't you? :D

Actually, I think I have heard of Muse. I am the only woman on a forum dedicated to a football (soccer) team and the men talked about a band that I believe was Muse. They shared some songs but I was not that impress with what I heard. I have to double check to see exactly what band it was. C'ya girl!! I need to hit the sheets. :hug:
