  1. i do, even though im currently addicted to life in technicolor 2
  2. i dont think so. it really completes glass of water
  3. It would have been perfect if they cut from the first several seconds of piano to around .20 and cut out those 15 or so seconds of funky sounding video game music.
  4. Life in Technicolor was my favorite track on Viva la Vida but Life in Technicolor ii just doesnt cut it for me. I think its partly because the lyrics feel out of place on what I've come to know as an instrumental track. It could have been better if it kept light through the veins and started the lyrics sooner. They also should have played the altered instrumental (that starts in the second verse) from the beginning of the song to further differentiate it from the first life in technicolor.
  5. It is a great closer, much better than the escapist, and a great song in its own right. It really takes off after the first acoustic verse and makes you feel as if your feet can't touch the ground. Definitely should have been on Vida, along with Glass of Water and Postcards from far away.
  6. I found an official looking video for the original life in technicolor on youtube: [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KGq86Ue2i0Y]YouTube - Life in Technicolor - COLDPLAY[/ame]
  7. If the song was longer and had more to it it could of been one of the best songs from their Prospekt sessions. As it is, it is hauntingly beautiful and there is something slightly epic about it. When the end comes, however, it feels as if it is just getting off the ground. It should of been 5 min in the vein of A Rush of Blood to the Head or Amsterdam
