It's medicine, there's no valid reason why we should have chemistry, math, philosophy, etc. Although, I'll have BIOchemistry in 3rd semester.. but that one is so different, I even dare to say it's easy. If by specific field, you mean specialty, then yes, when I finish college I'll go for neurology.
