Yes, that is his point. Well, the majority of people in any given country are not what you would think as "attractive." The problem is that the media and society keep pointing at physical attributes or at certain people saying, "this is hot/attractive/sexy/beautiful." BUT is it? How can you measure that? Also, each person has his/her own idea of what is attractive. One reason I started this thread is to figure out why some of us would agree with the statement that serves as the title for this thread. Even the men we have mentioned so far would NOT be considered attractive by everyone. Hence, the need to discuss whether it is the accent (for example) or some other variable. I'm curious since Scotland is not exactly a place that I would associate with hotness, as I would about California or Australia (some ramdom places, doesn't mean they are full of beautiful people) Finally, the thread is mostly for entertainment purposes. We all are giving just opinions.

From a suggestion about kilts I made on the Berrythread, it occured to me that we should have a thread about good-looking Scottish men. So far, we have: Guy Berryman (duh! :rolleyes:) Gerald Butler Ewan McGregor David Tennant James McAvoy Fran Healy Billy Boyd (aka Pippin from LOTR) Alex Kapranos Everyone is welcome to post their opinion (in favor or against, but not offensive nor leading to arguments) Everyone is encouraged to post: photos, videos, GIFs, wallpapers, etc. Everyone is welcomed to suggest more names to add to the list :D NOTE: Guy pics are allowed, but notice that the thread is about Scottish men (in plural). Since there's a Berrythread that is pretty much exclusive for pics of Guy, I feel that we need to keep a balance by posting about other hot Scottish men.

Same here! And the stadium is 10 minutes from my house, but I cannot hang out around it tomorrow because the police will take away anyone who doesn't have a ticket. A bit rash if you ask me. My brother is working inside the stadium tomorrow, at least he gets in for free. I won't go out, I'll stay at home and study. Traffic will be horrible anyway :\

I want to assess the impact on trade in my town (we have a major port, bigger than Miami's) Oh, I see.
