  1. I don't see anything wrong with Auckland as I like the place. I went there on my own for a weekend last year to meet up with friends and I want to go have a week on my own there in two years time because I want to do the things I didn't get to do last year.
  2. Oh yes I love living in New Zealand. I want to live in Auckland in the near future.
  3. New Zealand's an awesome country to live in and I'm proud to call it home. Auckland used to be our capital city, then Wellington took over as the capital. I want to move to Auckland some day.
  4. http://www.ngamanu.co.nz/reserve.php This link is to the map of the nature reserve at Nga Manu. If you point the mouse at certain parts of the map, there will be images and info come up.
  5. Sadly these dogs are no longer with us. Some more photos of Buddy.
  6. Another one is the Nga Manu Bird Sanctuary. Here is a map of it. We used to have a lion safari park here, but it closed down many years ago. In my hometown, the only snow we get is on the Rimutakas.
  7. The Lindale Farm Complex, one of the tourist attractions in Kapiti. Kapiti Island seen from Raumati Beach and Paraparaumu Beach. I can see Kapiti Island from my back window. The Nyco chocolate factory. Southwards Car Museum. On a very clear day we can see Mount Taranaki and the South Island.
  8. I'll take and post some photos of the Kapiti Coast where I live. Yep LOTR was indeed filmed in Wellington.
  9. This summer we have had several days when the weather has been shit.
  10. Another thing I don't like is pork pie. I have twice had a Cornish pasty and both times I was sick afterwards.
  11. Well tomatoes are full of acid. I don't think there's any acid in tomato soup and tomato sauce. There are acid free tomatoes, but they probably taste as gross.
  12. Weather has been beautiful over the past few days, but not today.
  13. I once tried a tomato, but thought it tasted gross. Yet I like tomato soup and tomato sauce.
  14. Not only do I have a dislike of tomatoes, but I'm allergic to them as well.
  15. Here's a list of things I don't like. Pineapple Olives Cherries Radishes Kiwifruit Asparagus Tomatoes Tamarillos Cucumber Gherkin Liver Celery Onions Venison Broad beans Paua (a New Zealand shellfish)
  16. Ice Cream.
  17. I think my fave Queen song would have to be Bohemian Rhapsody.
  18. Some more photos of Buddy.
  19. My dog Buddy. My Chester who died a few years ago.
  20. I have an orca whale on my desktop.
  21. I too am a fan of Queen.
  22. Usually I am nice, but if someone annoys me, then I do speak out. He has been spiteful with others, not just with me. But I will leave him be now and I won't be saying anything to or about him anymore. I'm sorry to those of you I may have offended with my comments and I agree that I shouldn't have posted in that topic.
  23. I'm sorry, but I may have to disagree with that.
