  7. Sarah I'm so sorry about your dog and I understand how you feel because I've been through it too. My 1st dog was put down at home at the age of 12 and a half. He was going blind and deaf and he was on medication, (I can't remember what it was for). He chipped his shoulder while he was coming up the steps that day.
  8. Hey everyone. I'm back from holiday. We got back on Wednesday last week.
  9. You know the plastic lunch wrap that's available in the supermarket. Well a good prank to play is to put it on the toilet bowl and then vacate the room.
  10. We were in the Gold Coast in Australia a few years ago and were on the bridge that links the casino to a mall. Well I was just about freaking out because of the height. Last year we went on a cruise in the South Pacific and we were on the outside of the top deck on the ship. I was so scared I wouldn't go near the rails. When we go to Auckland, I refuse to go up the Sky Tower. One day I'll go up there.
  11. I am also scared of heights.
  12. I want to visit Australia and Hong Kong on my own someday.
  13. When I click on that link, I get the message Not Found. The requested URL/viewtopic.php was not found on this server.
  14. The sofa will most likely collapse.
  15. This year is the 1st anniversary of the Mangatepopo tragedy. In April last year, several students and teachers from Auckland's Elim College were attending a week long excursion at the Outdoor Pursuits Centre in the Mangatepopo Valley in Turangi. On the final day of the school trip, students and teachers were crossing the river when it suddenly went into flood. 6 students and a teacher were swept to their deaths. The OPC said that they hadn't received any weather warning from the Metservice. But recently the OPC admitted they were responsible and they have been fined for it. Someone made this tribute to the victims and one year on, it still makes me cry. [ame= ] [/ame]
