Your Coldplay Set list
21 Tracks. Whatever. They'll play longer. I'm sure they can handle a couple more songs. Square One LIT2 Violet Hill Clocks Yellow Only Superstition World Turned Upside Down 42 Ladder To The Sun See You Soon A Rush Of Blood To The Head Don't Panic Green Eyes The Scientist Swallowed In The Sea Warning Sign 1st Encore In My Place Fix You Everything's Not Lost 2nd Encore Amsterdam Death And All His Friends I think aside from a few songs, it would be a rather mellow set.

The Quest for the Stanley Cup 2009
They absolutely did. It was disgrace. It hurts to even think about it, how fast this city turned on the guy. He deserved much better, and I agree, they should retire his jersey. It was that group of players that brought hockey back in Vancouver. Bertuzzi always says (being a littel bit cocky maybe? who cares) that it was him and Naslund nad that whole core that made hockey big here again. And it's totally true. I hate this city and it's fans sometimes. The media moreso. And yeah, he has a bunch of injury problems, but I think he's still a good enough player to be in the NHL, no doubt. It's just sad to see all these former Canucks having their careers dwindle down.

Mis Heard Coldplay Lyrics??
"Shoot an apple off my head" ---> "Shoe that I'd pulled off my head." "Stuck on the end of this ball and chain" ---> "Stuck on the edge, with a fist full of change" "Birds came flying from the underground" ---> "Cats came flying from the underground"

The Quest for the Stanley Cup 2009
I know right. Poor Markus. I wonder what his full reason is, it can't just be because he's declining. He's obviously either really down on himself or he's just sick of it. I keep feeling like the city of Vancouver is to blame, but I'm probably totally wrong and I don't even know that it would effect him. I dunno, I'm just really bummed out for the guy. I wonder if Bertuzzi will retire too? He said he was seriously considering it last summer, and he is a UFA. He's only 34.

LeftRightLeftRightLeft...SONG
Maybe. But I dunno, I don't think the casual fans who follow them on twitter or whatever would eknow that LRLRL is a song. So, I just think that they'd mention it was an unreleased track or whatever.

The battle of your favourite albums of all time - Quarter Finals!
Q1 The Beatles - Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Q2 Muse- Origin of Symmetry Q3 Radiohead- Kid A Q4 Coldplay - A rush of blood to the head Everyone here has freaking hard-on for Radiohead. Is it really that hard to accept that others may not like them as much as you do?

LeftRightLeftRightLeft...SONG
Yeah, after reading it again that is a possibility, but I really doubt it because they would've mentioned something about LRLRL being a unheard new track or something like that. I think it'll just be a hidden track.

Swine Flu - latest news/discussion
Someone I know at school was terribly sick. All red-faced and coughing. Probably just a flu or whatever and we were sitting at the same table. All I could think was holy shit, she better not have freaking swine flu. So I was slowing edging away, trying not to breath. :P

"LeftRightLeftRightLeft" Free Live Album Mailing Exchange Thread
I might need a spare. Right now I am counting on winning the signed one from the Coldplay Messenger. But if that doesn't work out, I'd like one. :P

How many hours of sleep do you usually get? (Also the Sleep thread.)
5-6 hours on weekends. Then on Saturdays I find myself sleeping in far into the afternoon to make up for it.

Favourite Album covers thread
A single but whatever. I've always loved this cover, it just oozes misery. I never knew it was actually Will until a week or so ago. I just always thought this looked cool, like a dummy stoner listening to Radiohead just going ahhhh man. :P Lol, then I looked into it and learned it was a morph between Thom and a dummy's face. Cool. Just love this. Very dramatic looking. Plus Alex Kapranos is great. Favorite album ever. Great cover.

YOU TUBE PROBLEM

Gwyneth...
Well I never said the kid thing is alright and I think the UK law is fantastic. But people here are so curious about celeb babies, with celebrities selling their family albums for millions upon millions. And magazines would only pay that if they knew that it would sell magazines and it certainnly does. Pretty screwed up, but what can you do?
-
Gwyneth...
Yeah. But it won't change. I confess I do watch TMZ on TV. I think it's funny, I enjoy it. So shoot me. Obviously I feel bad when someone being overly attacked by pap's. And sometimes they do go too far or whatever. And I don't really mind when a celeb attacks them. That being said, I still watch, it's interesting. Hell, even Chris says he reads the tabloids because it's appealing to read about rumors and conflicts or whatever, you just have to take it with a grain of salt. He just doesn't like reading about himself.

Thanks guys! :)

Gwyneth...
Well, what makes you think paps are suddenly going to stop taking pictures of celebrities? That's a huge business. How many magazines, web-sites, and tv shows run solely on it? Tonnes. There's clear interest and there's no way it's going to change.
