  1. Firstly, come on... don't be a crazy fan. Secondly, is that why he's always talking about sleeping pills and lets off that he may be a bit dependant on them?
  2. Will's got jazz! :surprised:
  3. Bringing a game within two goals with a full period to play isn't really without meaning.
  4. Yeah. Interviewer's always think they know what it's about and often ask if it's about a former Prime Minister. Which is a bit crazy. But Will actually once said to him, when he hears that song it's about relationships. Being in one, and then screwing it up and ending up alone or whatever.
  5. Sounds okay to me.
  6. I agree. I think people the OP comes off as a bit self-important to be honest. Songs are open to interpretation. And often times with songs, no one will ever know what they were truly written about anyways. That doesnt mean you can't connect to it personally or whatever. Coldplay, Chris is particular, actually likes that their songs can be taken in many ways. I'd have to agree about the lyrics being straight-foward and literal or whatever too.
  7. Yup. April 15, 2009 - submitted by Kiran, Canada Q. At a BBC radio gig, Chris started playing the Hardest Part on his own, then called it an ego trip. He went on to say two of the guys liked The Hardest Part (one of them being him, I assume) and that two of the guys weren't too fond of it. So who's on what side? The Oracle replies: Chris and Will are on the pro side with Jonny & Guy on the other. All members favour the acoustic version though.
  8. yoooooooooooouuuuuuuuu I Bloom Blaum yeah that's what i'll do
  9. Big "Bert" didn't cause the other two goals. And he scored one to offset his own. And it's not like it was a matter of momentum because Calgary picked it up. Khabibulin just shut the door, period. That wasn't his fault.
  10. Haha. "Act cool, act cool, don't look directly at it or someone else will see it too. Keep talking, and pick it up after we're done"
  11. 1 Coldplay- Parachutes 2 Radiohead- Kid A 3 radiohead - in rainbows 4 Oasis - Definitely Maybe 5 fleet foxes- fleet foxes 6 Keane - Hopes and Fears 7 Arctic Monkeys- Whatever People Say I Am, That's What I'm Not 8 Coldplay - A rush of blood to the head
  12. So what's up with this loser's song and the first like verse? [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ud3rxsSjFQo]YouTube - god gave me style[/ame] "God gave me style, god gave me grace, god put a smile on my face" Is there a story behind this? Or did the lyrics just happen to be nearly identical?
  13. Well that's what I say. So you know, I wouldn't be surprised if she did also.
  14. I kind of thought Lhuna was about someone who's very lonely and wants to feel some human connection.. probably through sex in this case. And they're so frustrated about the lonliness that they're suffering... just fantasizing. Also, there could be a bit of being unfaithful with the "I don't know why you're so far from home" or whatever the exact lyric is. I think that's a pretty literal interpretation though, I dunno what's beyond it.
  15. Here you go.. Mp4 format: http://www.sendspace.com/file/tp3emc
  16. I had Daylight stuck in my head today.
  17. Phil met Chris in highschool where Phil was the captain of the cricket team and Chris was a bowler. Phil's little sister used to come watch their games, and Chris began to have a bit of a crush of her and they began dating. And that is how Phil got to know Chris.
  18. Here you go.. :)
  19. He looks like a bit crazy in this GIF though. :P
  20. Yeah, that's what I read. But I remember some other people said they didn't think he was crying, he just looked very upset. So I dunno. Also...
  21. Oh lol. Jeez. I forgot to post the link. This is the part where they go outside but it's part 4 of the whole interview if you wanna watch it all. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iI3pV7PP4Qw]YouTube - Coldplay - Intimate and Interactive Interview Part 4[/ame]
  22. NP, I uploaded them. This is the one where they're walking outside at the beginning and Chris gives Guy a couple little hugs. But for the other parts Guy doesn't say one word, and his face is hardly shown.
  23. So I'm gonna uplaod that video interview back from the AROBTTH days when Guy was apparently crying. I remember reading that, I was like what? I've watched it and didn't see him cry at all. Well I still havn't. He seems pretty down though, and as one point when they are walking outside, Chris gives him a little hug then looks at his face and gives him another little hug and rubs his back. So I do assume something was wrong. Anyways. I'll post it here and you guys tell me if you can pinpoint the crying cause I can't for the life of me.
