  1. Thanks, Nadia! :nice: You too! Mine will be that freaking awesome ... *excited*
  2. All right ... First of all, Germans think French are absolutely arrogant. Always, everywhere. Second: Your language sucks and you try to hide it like it's something holy, because everytime someone foreign starts talking in French, you answer in English (or any other language). To continue your strangeness about languages, third, you can't speak another language without letting it sound like French. Everything seems to naturally sound French with a French tongue. English = French, Spanish = French, German = French. Oh, and you don't find it necessary to learn another language anyway, because your language is THE language. And most improtant for all the male Germans: You steal our women! I want to say, that all this is not my opinion, I only heard this from several persons who complained about French when they came back from France. There was this French girl I had a fight with one day. It was about wars and history and she said that France won the Second World War (which is pretty stupid, because no one wins a war if there's a single dead soldier) and I said it wasn't France alone. And than we fought about which war France won anyway and she said 'We won the Revolution!' - 'The French Revolution, brilliant, you won a war against yourself. :dozey:' Okay, that was my bit about prejustice.
  3. Yes, because we have BEER and you only have WINE! And so you could say Irish are more drunken than Germans, because they have WHISKEY. You really want to hear the prejustice some Germans have about French? You do not, believe me, prejustice about nationalities are always so primitive.
  4. Ehm, sorry, Nicole, but I'm so allowed to drink beer. :uhoh: Remember, drinking beer with 16 is legal in Germany. ;)
  5. Perrine, I swallowed all my prejustice about French people when I got to know you, because you are really nice. But it's not a German habit to get drunk. I'm here, I'm German and I'm not drunk - although I could be, because people start drinking at a very early age. *sigh* French ... :D
  6. A Spell A Rebell Yell is one of my top 20 Coldplay songs, but I only discovered it a couple of months ago. I think if I had listened to it when it came out, I probably wouldn't have liked it too. I remember listening to Violet Hill for the first time very well. It was a crapy video on YouTube without the actual video and I was shocked when I first heard it. This wasn't Coldplay at all for me. That is why I kept playing the end only. Now I absolutely love it, it was just a matter of being used to it. ;)
  7. That's great! 42 doesn't even get played here, so this won't happen to me at all. That's why I'm not listening to radio at all, because they simply do not play Coldplay anyway. :dozey: Someone needs to tell them they missed something really important, I guess.
  8. b-side of the Violet Hill vinyl given away with NME magazine.
  9. Hi girls! :) I'm pretty sure there will be a show tomorrow, because otherwise there would have been some announcements on coldplay.com. And as there aren't, they will do the show. :nice:
  10. Today I was in a shop to get some paint and on the other side of the street I saw a huge banner with a Chinese dragon on it, which advertises the new Asia shop. I so had to think of Chris with his dragon thing. :nice: (But then I remembered, that he currently is ill and doesn't dance around on stage with the dragon ...) And I'm watching Ice football (soccer ) on TV now - don't ask me what it is, it's meant for fun - and a team just made a goal and the Viva choir came on! :D And though the music already stopped, the audience kept singing the 'Ohhhhhhs'.
  11. Yeah, tell that my exams I will take within two weeks. :dozey: Or better tell it those people preparing the exams, because they should CALM DOWN and write doable exams. @ Christina Even Guy looks very 'concentrated' at Chris. :wink3:
  12. :shocked2: P...p...perrine? :uhoh: Okay, I better say I already did what I had to do. I'm off for a couple of hours now, girls, have a nice time and care about Chris!
  13. I. See. New. Hot. Photos. Coming.
  14. They were for me too. But look, this whole Viva thing got HUGE over the past year. They were everywhere! Of course we as fans liked it and they liked it too, because they love their job. But with Chris constantly saying 'We don't want to to bore people' maybe they slow it a bit down for the next record. He even said they do not want to tour so soon again. On the other hand: It's Chris. He changes his mind every minute. Or with Katy Perry's words: You change your mind like a girl changes clothes
  15. Yes, Madam. :shame: I have to do my homework as well ...
  16. :bomb: I feel it, we have bad Coldplay Karma recently - Chris burns himself, Coldpaly cancels a show, Will is invisible at other concerts ... :bigcry: @ CookyMnstr Thank you! :nice:
  17. Being honest is good, but being polite as well, isn't it? If he has an IQ of 164 or what and wants to be honest, he should be able to be polite too. You are right, so many celebreties keep telling the papers that they love this singer and that band and that everybody is so great and often that's not the truth. But saying it's 'boring'? I prefer boring papers over papers full of pictures with druken Amy Winehouse or Britney. But that's my opinion.
  18. Chris said the video will be some kind of different / include new ways to record a video, so I guess no old Coldplay. And hopefully they make it as a REAL single with a physical copy to be bought and not release it for radio stations in Canada or else where only. :dozey:
  19. "A ring - I didn't want that finger to feel left out" I thought he once said in an interview that this has something to do with the band. Maybe like Jonny said 'a strange marrige with four people'
  20. Viva La Vida seems to be perfect to travel Europe, isn't it? So do I. :( And I have the feeling we won't get THAT much next time. :\
  21. Is this Phil next to him? (On Chris' left side of course)
  22. Hi Nadia! :nice: But I'm not naughty - am I? :embarassed:
  23. :laugh4: I laughed so hard about them talking about the bird disease / bird flew. And Chris' saying 'Vergessen Sie's' was ... :wacky:
  24. He throws his guitars around from time to time anyway. Every third Coldplay live video I watch I feel the need to scream: Chris, remember, those instruments cost money and you will need them again! But now he has some days to let his arm heal and get well soon. He will be even more enthusiastic. And I wonder if the boys plan something special for the postponed show.
