ok, i understand :) here, when you finish high school or gymnasium, you can aplly for college, trade school or university. and if you're a good student you don't need to pay for studies. i don't really know, it's mixed. here,take a look ;) (it's kinda old picture, 2 months old, i suppose)

hm..well, i'm not very familiar with USA's schooling system but you are studying a major subject or smth in college, right? i finished gymnasium this year, still need to get exam results and try to apply for university. i know that in UK if you want to get into university you need to finish college first, is this the same in USA? i was walking my cat today :D
