  1. Tonight's the night! Looks like it's pretty full, but not sold out. Can't wait!!
  2. This'll be my first stadium show! Got front row of Section 118, near the C stage. Pretty happy with the tickets, even if it's probably the furthest away from the main stage I've ever been!
  3. Agreed! There was a screen shot from one of the Pepsi behind the scenes thing where It said "Song 5: Clocks / Beyonce / Uptown Funk" so I think it's pretty safe to say Clocks and Uptown Funk are confirmed - well unless that was a preliminary discussion session on what the setlist might be. This could also be the finale...
  4. I have a feeling Will had a lot of input in 'A Sky Full of Stars'. He loves his electronic drums ha. It's a fun song though, if not a bit dancey for Coldplay.
  5. I like it. It's a bit more dancey than it probably should be, but is also a natural progression from MX. I had a feeling there would be some tracks like this on this album, and when Midnight was released it didn't surprise me. That being said, I like all the tracks I have heard so far and I like the variety in their sound. I will be heading to Target to pick up the bonus track edition! :)
  6. Ha, I've been gone too! Not sure why I haven't logged in for so long (maybe almost a year?) but lots of life changes and been busy. Glad to see all is still how it was when I left :) Will doesn't look happy with me though :shame:
  7. Love it! Back to their roots. I hope the next LP is going in this direction.
  8. Ok, I was wrong! THIS is my 2000th post!!! That's ok, Will deserves both! :D :will: :drummer:
  9. Um, I think THIS is my 2000th post - so obviously it had to be in here! :D :will: :drummer:

  11. I wasn't sure if this was judging the concert or what's on the DVD. Figured it was the actual concert, so I went with 2012. However, 2003 wins for content. The lack of a tour diary or behind the scenes extras (not integrated) on 2012 really was a disappointment...
  12. Just finished watching it. It was great, although I agree the 'artistic' choice for it to be grainy seems to make getting it on blu-ray less exciting. There are some parts that seem clearer though, so not sure. However, the sound is great and I feel getting it on DVD wouldn't have been so nice in that regard. Anyway, the DVD was about $5 less, so not a huge difference. I actually liked the way they did this. You get a variety of venues and the mixing of behind-the-scenes/commentary that make it more of a film than a concert DVD. We have Live 2003 for that, so this is a nice change. The only thing I don't like about that is you only get the 100 minute film/concert rather than the concert and then a behind the scenes documentary like Live 2003. I would have liked more behind the scenes stuff and just more in general. Overall, I'm happy with it though!
  13. Woohoo! Amazon just shipped my blu-ray for delivery tomorrow! And ^^ :o Not watching it... I can wait one more day. Plus I want my first time to be on my TV in HD :)
  14. SEATTLE! 7:00pm and 9:30pm showings. $15. $13 for SIFF members. http://www.siff.net/cinema/detail.aspx?FID=261&id=45896 EDIT: Oopsie, didn't see it was already posted, lol! :uhoh:
  15. This is great news, although I'm definitely sad not to see SoS on here. There are so many that we don't have live on a dvd yet. Same with LiJ. I know they have to keep a lot of their major hits on there, but a good chunk of the repeat songs will be too similar to the Live 2003 versions. Very happy that DLIBYH is an extra. I'm guessing since this project was always toted as a 'film' it'll be the song performances interjected with tour diary stuff, so it's more like a movie than a concert dvd. I think that'll be a nice change and since DLIBYH and The Scientist are bonuses on their own, I'm thinking you'll be able to select each performance like you would on a regular concert dvd. It's also nice it's at multiple venues - just makes it more interesting and the change in stage/people is always good. I have some other concert DVDs that just get old after a while... Can't wait to see what this looks like in HD! Ordered the blu-ray from Amazon so I get it on release day :D
  16. Oops, been out of town for a bit and haven't been on this site in ages. Can't believe I missed Will's b-day this year on here! :shame: Happy Belated 34th Will! :awesome:
  17. He ain't heavy, he's my brother
  18. Nice! :D Sounds like Jackie has calmed down a bit and is being much nicer now! Congrats on the upgrade and rightfully ignoring Chloe for your Jonny-love!
