Stopping in here while I should be working - but really how much work can one get done after a day of house cleaning, tree-almost-decorating (assembled but stark naked, poor thing!), child minding, food 'cooking' (I sliced a few potatos for the stew, for me that's a culinary accomplishment) and professional procrastinating? Not very much, I can tell you! ;) Anyway, loving the new teases about a Christmas limted something or other. Also glad on some level the guys will finally make some money from this project, it's time they started fleecing their fans like all other bands do! Give us stuff to buy, we don't mind at all :D

Forgot my password and then when I tried to reset it I forgot which e-mail address I used to sign up with :laugh3: So I've been reading here and wanting to post but too stupid to figure out how to get back in - then someone sent me a PM and I got it in my gmail account and I thought "Ah, now I can reset my password!" I'm actually not especially liking the music in video #3 - I could take it or leave it. It was definitely the easiest on the eyes to watch so far though :D

Totally bummed - I am going to be at an offsite conference on Wednesday so if the next video is posted I won't be able to see it until late that night. Boo! But hey, we're about halfway through now, so that's great :dance:

Someone else already posted it, but I never get tired of seeing that text about the upcoming album :D About the 'America' text in Russian at the beginning of the second video clip, I guess it was filmed in America (you can tell by the neon signage outside the car that it's in English anyway). Remember the guys were all in New York last winter sometime? a-ha was doing some studio work in New York at the same time that Mew was reportedly there, and Coldplay was touring in America too around that time, and Martin posted about being in New York on his website, so it all kinda fits together ;) The question is, who's in the video, have we figured that out yet? I've only watched it once, will have to look again. So we've had the Jonas/Copenhagen video and now an America video, maybe the next one will be from Norway or England? :)

Well, that could be... Remember we're getting a new video every two weeks, and we're expecting four videos? Well the last one should show up on October 21. Two weeks after that is November 4, so maybe they'll post the four bi-weekly videos and then give us two weeks to submit our ideas about what connects them and then on November 4 or 5 make some kind of album announcement? Just FYI, a-ha will be playing in London at the O2 on November 4, so I wonder if the guys will all meet up there?! Coldplay is done touring, Martin is based in London and Mew... ::goes to check the Mew tour schedule:: Mew will be in Dublin on November 4 and in Glasgow November 5. So, close enough perhaps but probably super busy. But still...they will be in the UK that week when all three of the other guys will probably be in the UK, could take some doing but I wouldn't put it past those guys to find a way to wreak some small-scale mayhem somehow :laugh3: I forgot what my point was...oh yes, possible album release on November 5? I'm liking the theory, time will tell!

Yeah, Stian kicks all kinds of ass :) How did the guys have any time for skiing last winter when obviously they were taking photos and recording music and conceptually mapping the outland and drinking beer and laying the groundwork for this gorgeous, multi-layered, meticulous, coordinated assault on all our senses?! My brain is not entirely fried yet. More please :D

Anyone else notice the little 'hello' on the top right of the Intro page? I checked the source code and it's absolutely there on purpose, but what for?! These guys are doing my head in! This code just doesn't make sense: Why put a paragraph in a table but not in a cell like that? On the surface it looks like sloppy coding or a mistake, but these guys have proven they are too smart to forget to put the <td> tags around it, not to mention the fact that the text isn't there by accident or mistake, you can tell by the code it's deliberate - but why? I can't believe I am thinking about this little 'hello' when I guess we're supposed to be watching the video and trying to connect the dots...but then I wonder if the 'hello' is yet another dot to connect - was there a text message like that on the last video into page that none of us noticed? Have we missed part of a hidden message? Yup, doing my head in :laugh3:

Hehe, it was a Google Image I found by search, so that might be how she found it too :D Back in the first version - or was it the second version - of apparatjik.com, they used the Commodore 64 logo as their favicon (that little square graphic that shows up in your URL line and on the internet browser tab right next to the site name). They also have a video on the site now that is a Commodore 64 tuturial :laugh3:

I forgot to upload mine to apparatjik.com, but I tweeted a picture of a commodore 64 birthday cake :D
