You know you're addicted to Coldplay when you and your friend use "Took my love down to Violet Hill" as a euphemism for sex and do not think it is weird in the list. Thus, "Now my feet won't touch the ground" means that you can't keep me down. This is important, as it appears in other songs, is the name of a song, and pops up in "Strawberry Hill." Also, didn't he write a song back in the good old days called, "You can't keep my feet on the ground"? Something like that.
