:\ I feel bad about you...but I really don't know what to say (my parents were always pretty cool in that aspect) do you know why she doesn't let you go at least to birthday parties? Usually lots of people go, most of them your friends (right?), so the probabilities of someone hurting you would be minimal... Why don't you try to ask your mom to speak with your friends' parents on the phone? That's what I used to do when my parents didn't know my friends :)
