  1. these tabs arent very good, so I wouldnt even look at them if I were you. I've done a few from viva la vida/prospekts march you should check em out.
  2. since I know ev eryone is gonna take most of their pics of chris, I'm gonna focus my photos on Jonny.
  3. College students have far less student loans than Uni students. And the chances of getting a job is only a little but less than uni so I'd go to college.
  4. I think the dome will remain closed throughout the show, how else will it rain butterflies for lovers in japan?
  5. Those booths are way too crowded and they usually have only 1 or 2 guys working it. I had a hard time buying stuff at a Van Halen concert.
  6. [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w0efKnePCs8]YouTube - Coldplay-Life in technicolorii[/ame] Found this on youtube, hopefully it can help. There are other drums covers on youtube too, just search life in technicolor ii drum cover.

    good stuff
  8. Fixed, as well as the 14th and 16th frets
  9. What do you need to know? The noise is Jonny playing under some heavy reverb and delay, with slight distortion. Reverb is probably produced by his rack gear.
  10. I don't think the dome will be open for the show, at least it wasn't for the last show I saw. But it was winter so maybe...
  11. the acoustic tab isnt mine, and it was made for standard tuning so you cant really say anything about the tuning
  12. From what I'm hearing in the song, theres barely any guitar, just some single notes during the verses. You could probably sound them out, but I'll tab it anyways. I can only tab in standard tuning though.

wow, didn't think this topic would get big. Thanks for the replies guys!
  14. Yeah but your gonna need that third chord for the chorus anyways. Listen to 0:58 in the video, you'll hear it. EDIT Oh, and after the last chord you go to the third chord as well. I should probably fix that.
  15. I'll see what I can do. This seems like a fairly difficult one to tab by ear cause of all the different sounds happening alongside Jonny's guitar.
  16. We should work on this together. Check out my tab I posted and see what you think. http://www.coldplaying.com/forum/showthread.php?t=60074
  17. So I went and watched and listened to a sound check of LiT ii played, and I picked out the following chords for the background noise/synth sound played by Jonny on his electric. I'll post the youtube video below as well as chords played by Chris from ultimate-guitar.com. Thanks for reading! If you like my tabs, make a request to me by PM or check out my forum in my sig and join. The chords below are played tremolo picking (I used all down picks) and played with some heavy reverb and delay, most likely generated by Jonny's rack gear. e|-------------12--12------ B|-14--15--10--10---9--10-- G|-13--14---9---9---9---9-- D|-11--12---7-----------7-- A|------------------------- E|------------------------- CLICK HERE for the chords Chris plays. My next tab will be the electric guitar for Lovers in Japan. The ENTIRE electric guitar part. 18. According to your tab, Jonny doesn't even use the high e string. I'm pretty sure he does.
