aww that's really sad, Sarah. :hug: i'm one of those people who'll never understand how putting someone to sleep could be "for the better". especially if you've had him for 14 years. that's a lot, that's like a member of your family dying. i honestly still can not get over the death of my cat a year ago. she fell out the window and hit some metal rail on the ground, and i heard it happening, i ran downstairs, she was still alive, but she died on the way to the vet hospital. i could not stop crying for weeks and i still get that horrible horrible feeling inside now and then. and i can not believe myself i took it so hard, cause it's "just a cat". probably if i had just found out she had died, instead of being there and seeing it all happen, would be different. but for some it's quite easy. well, depends on the person really. i've had people telling me about their cats falling out the window or getting hit by a car, and they don't seem to care too much, they just get another one. i don't want to even start thinking about my dog dying, he's 12 now, but he's still quite young looking and chipper. i am really sorry to hear about your dog.. :(

i haven't actually put a CD in my cd player for the last 3 years or so, but I still buy CDs. I just love having them.

thanks for posting. funny about the exit doors, i've heard that before, i think chris was talking about it. and it's great they can take their families on tour, it must be hard to be away from the loved ones for such long period of time.
