feeling kinda sad because tickets will go on sale on Monday for the US tour dates and I have no money. recently graduated from college, and have credit card debt I haven't been able to pay off because I don't have a job yet, and my student loan bill will start soon :'( I've been actively trying to look for jobs and have gone to two interviews. I get super nervous because I don't know how i will get hired soon. So I made a playlist on Spotify with songs that make me feel good from Coldplay. Mostly their slower songs, like most of Parachutes, and AROBTTH and from newer albums too, like U.F.O. Hope I can get through this soon, so I can stop feeling overwhelmed all the time :'(

I can't remember the ticket prices for the tickets from the last tour. I really wanted to get VIP tickets for this leg of the tour but they announced this tour not in a good time for me. I don't have a job and recent broke graduate :'( even regular tickets will be super expensive for me

oh my, that reminds me of when I first listened to AROBTTH! I hit play on my CD player, and nothing played at first so I thought I had to turn on the volume or the headphones weren't connected....well I had turned up the volume waaaayy up and....yes like you said Will comes in smashing the drums, or more like MY EAR DRUMS lol! I jumped out of my seat and threw my CD player to the floor ( I was in a car). No one else noticed but I just laughed at myself. And that is how my first time listening to Politik happened, and thanks to you I remembered. thanks! :P

Had a very coldplay day. I've been wearing my AHFOD sweater I purchased at the concert all week! Today my cousin and I got complimented on it by someone and I know many others notice them lol. There was a music event in downtown area of my city with many bands playing. We saw a couple of guys performing and they must have noticed our sweaters because as we walked away they said they were going to play a coldplay song. They played yellow! So I went back haha and stayed until they finished. According to them they helped an opening act who performed at the San Francisco show, so they managed to be backstage that day. Too bad I didn't stay behind, wouldve been cool to ask how they helped and what it was like to be backstage

I'm back home from the concert. It's over now coldplay withdrawl shall commence! I screamed and danced and had a great time!! I got two bruises on my knees from jumping and hitting the chairs in front of me. I wish I had been closer but loved all the songs they played and chris said thank you to the SB50 volunteers so I remembered how lucky I've been to see them before. Already eager to see them again, hopefully I can save up some money first lol

I will be definitely doing that!!! So excited!! I got especially excited when I saw them post about the halftime show and how they're back at a familiar venue. I still can't believe I was there with them at SB50 and now I'm going back there again but now to hear them play longer than 12 minutes lol :D

It's 1:36 am when I checked the time, and I should be a asleep. But i had stayed up late to make my shirt for the concert tonight. Now, after reading posts about the emptiness after coldplay concerts end, I'm lying in bed thinking how I'm still in the excitedly waiting phase. I need to enjoy looking forward to tonight, because it's over so quick! Good night coldplaying. I'll cry about my coldplay withdrawl later! Lol

You made me think about how Coldplay lyrics can be used as life mottos or things to guide you through everything. Like "if you never try you'll never know" is something I always use. or "I know one day good things are coming our way" , basically all of up & up lyrics etc. Coldplay is a way of life lol :)

I agree, I was thinking the same thing today. Coldplay always knows what to say through music and keeps being something I can rely on!

Well actually mostly sticking to old Performances from other tours, and halftime show, I've only watched up&up from glastonbury. I haven't wanted to see a full concert from this tour. I do kinda want to know setlist though so I will know which ones will be left out. I'm super excited for the show. Ive been wanting to request a song, but I hate being on video so, I don't know if I'll get the courage to make a request. I also don't know which one to request. There's too many I want hear like Square One or warning sign.

I've been binge watching anything Coldplay on Youtube in preparation for the concert this Saturday :dance: I watched Carpool Karaoke again, and kept laughing out loud by myself haha :D I also watched the Halftime show for millionth time, now going to watch live2012 I think

I know what you mean about hearing Sparks getting played again. Thanks!! I will try my best to get courage and make a video! It does make me sad though, that they don't really like most of X&Y when so many of us really do like that album! I love Til Kingdom Come but I wish I could hear Square One or an acoustic version of Speed of Sound.

I was in shock and kept jumping up and down and screaming omg, omg!! :loveshower: Same! it was my first full-length Coldplay concert I watched. I remember watching it on tv with my sister and we were both practically crying, we were so into the concert, we might as well have been there. Back then I thought I would never be lucky enough to go see them. For the longest time I thought you had to be rich or something to go. I was younger and didn't know how concerts worked haha I think I believed my parents too much when they told me that was the reason they didn't let me go. Then this concert made me realize I could just work really hard and save money for the next tour. And then I did! I went to one of the VLV shows for my first Coldplay concert :wacky::heart: I also discovered Coldplaying around that time, and loved this community ever since!
