Wow, I can't believe Such A Rush got sound checked as late as '05 AND Bigger Stronger in 2011?!! what?! I almost think that they don't even remember those old songs. Even though I didn't get to hear it, just knowing that they played it for themselves makes me happy to imagine them. I want to request a song for the tour but A. I am so shy and embarrassed to make a video B. I don't know what song to request, Don't Panic is one of my all time favorites, but I know people have been saying it's already been a few times on the tour. And I would want the chance to get them to play something that hasn't been played in a while Maybe A Warning Sign or something off X&Y

It's always a stressful time for me buying CP tickets! I get scared and anxious that I won't get tickets. My first time buying tickets, I almost didn't go because they were selling so quickly. For the VLV tour (my first concert) my sister and I were going to see them but we had to get our tickets separately and we ended up being a couple of rows away from each other, which was not ideal, but we just really wanted to go. Now, I make sure I get up early and try to buy them as soon as they are released and I buy whatever comes first. I get too scared that I won't find any more tickets if I let those go. It's more difficult now though because I go to the show with my cousin, sister and now her husband. It makes it hard to find good seats for 4 people :( My best experience buying tickets was for the MX tour, I bought 2 VIP tickets one night and 3 tickets the second night. I got VERY lucky with those VIP tickets because I ended up being in an area where the boys ran to the stage on their way back from the B-stage, so I got to touch them as they ran by! :P

I think I have more than one that I do this with but the one that comes up right away is "Yes" so that I can enjoy "Chinese Sleep Chant" I know I can probably just skip it to that section but somehow it feels wrong when I do it. So most of the time I make myself listen to "Yes" lol I do like some parts of that song and the way Chris sings it but,...not my favorite

I'm going to miss hearing Don't Let It Break Your Heart in concerts :( It just came up on my playlist and I remembered how much fun I had jumping to that one.

Working on my shirt for the concert next weekend! Starting off with bright neon color shirt! I'll be glowing in the dark probably lol I also bought some iron on patches. One is a colorful flower with the word Love in the center, another is a music note, a smiley face, and I bought some fabric that kind of looks tie dyed. Still figuring out placement and additional things to write/draw. I also bought some of that colorful powder might just splatter it on the shirt for more color. :) can anyone offer advice on the best way to approach drawing the flower of life? Lol

I purchased A Rush of Blood to the Head and X&Y today at Barnes &Noble!!! I have my old copies put away but I wanted another CD backups. I used my original copy of AROBTH booklet to decorate my binder or my wall back when I was younger so I wanted nice new one. (Happy bday to AROBTH) my X&Y got lost/stolen after letting someone borrow it back in '05 so it's about time I replaced it! Lol. Going to work on my tshirt for concert next weekend!! Decided to go with a super bright neon colored shirt to draw attention and make it super fun. And add some patches and stuff. Super super excited now! !!!

I'm getting ready for the concert in September and I want to decorate a shirt for the show! Looking for inspiration. Super excited to see the boys again!!!

Getting a bit emotional listening to "Brothers & Sisters" because it is so good and I know our boys have so much talent. We are so lucky to have them still creating music for us. Even though I am not as happy with the entire new album there are still places where I hear the Coldplay sound I love. After experiencing the Super Bowl Half Time in person I softened up to the new album, still not my favorite and only still like maybe 4 songs but it confirmed that I am a fan of Coldplay for the long run because of who they are. They are kind and creative musicians who care about their fans and their craft. I look forward to what they have in store in the future and hope for a more experimental sound and more depth in the songs. I'm happy that I can still enjoy all their previous old music that I love so much. Sorry for the long post, I'm currently in awe of who Coldplay is for everything they are, I had not felt like this in a while lately. All thanks to Blue Room E.P. and now listening to "Easy to Please" which maybe I am...lol

Wow! thank you so much! It makes me so happy that you liked reading what I wrote and that I could share the experience with the Coldplaying community! I definitely had you all in my mind during this entire experience because I knew this would be something everyone here would have loved to do! I'm also really flattered that you said it was good enough to sell to a magazine! haha but not sure if that is something possible. Also, I think I mentioned about some teammates that I didn't quite like and that would affect a few close relationships I have lol. Still, I am just happy that I could share it all and would have loved to tell the band how much the experience meant to fans :)

Oh I see! It's so great to know there were more coldplaying members out there that day! :D There was a guy in my group who had a cool shirt from one of the Ghost Stories shows. I didn't say hi to him though. So guess you will go back on Sep. 3 when Coldplay comes back :D They had a few extras when they handed them out to us and some employees were grabbing them and passing a few among each other

It was really important for our safety and others to know where to go and how run onto and off the field. I didn't notice just how many people were on the field, but now it makes perfect sense, after seeing the videos, to have everyone organized to get on the field smoothly and on time! It was thousands of people on the field :o

So I wrote about my experience in participating as one of the fans in the halftime show, I wanted to share it with you guys and also wrote it for myself to remember everything. So it is VERY long sorry, but if you're interested read on... lol I entered a volunteering position to be a fan at the halftime show. We needed 10 people who could attend the rehearsals and be able to RUN we also had to sign a legal agreement to keep everything a secret. I was able to find the 10 people including my friend Lauren who I met here on the forums. It was incredibly exciting to see all those BTS Pepsi videos because I didn't know what we would be doing!

How can I download those videos of the building up the stage and tearing it down?? I was there and I want to have some video footage of all the crazyness we didn't know we were a part of!!! I'm still so excited and in DISBELIEF that I was there!!! I haven't read many other comments but anyone else from the forum go? (Besides Lauren! who I met on Cping and we had an AMAZING DAY)

I've just been looking up coldplay videos all day and also looking up just random stuff about them since right now a lot of people are talking about them! AND I tried locking myself in my room to focus, and yet now I'm here lol

I CANT focus on any homework because of Coldplay! Too distracted watching the carpool karaoke, thinking about the concerts coming up, and their performance on Sunday!

I do miss the Viva la vida era a lot not only because it was magical, and creative and beautiful but also I feel like I didn't appreciate it and enjoy it as much as I should have. I only went to one concert and I will always hate how I stood in shock when I was only a couple of rows away from the Bstage. I didn't even sing along to The Hardest Part, I just froze :( they were so close. Oh and I really really really miss the Coldplay puppets!!!!! :'(

is anyone going to the superbowl to see Coldplay? is there a place for that topic on cping that I couldn't find?

Maybe something similar is what's happening, Coldplay is going pop. But then they'll go to sleep and remember they should rock out instead lol. I love this video so much. Actually Johnny going jazz didn't sound too bad :P

I heard Speed of Sound get played on the radio this morning, and it was so refreshing to hear their old sound on the radio again. I've really been appreciating X&Y a lot lately, I always loved that album but really really loving it right now :)
