At home, I got a couple of viruses in the last month or so, even though I had Norton antivirus software on my system and ESET – both were installed on my system by my ex. I am looking at antivirus software programs; I want to pay because my experience with free software has not been all so wonderful. I looked at a few and liked Cyberdefender and PC Tools. I liked that Cyberdefender seems to be a more complete package, covering antivirus, Trojans, spyware, id theft protection. ESET, also had a nice user interface, but I had a hard time figuring out which would be the best version for me. I also liked Cyberdefender is a public company, but is it a good antivirus software program? Better then ESET?

Big Brother Finale last night

OK, I got ZoneAlarm Free Firewall, and I am really happy with it. I like that it is easy to use and works with my antivirus software. I am thinking up upgrading to ZoneAlarm Pro firewall which also comes with identity theft and anti-spyware protection for $30 usd. I really like zonealarm, do you think the Pro is a good value? How good is their identity theft protection?

Procrastination... without a doubt.

I am thinking about working at a Kroger’s or something, since I have some experience in working a register and bagging groceries. I just know, that some stores have a great work environment, and others don’t. So I have been looking for sites that have info about which would be a good place to work. I found a bunch of job sites like monster.com, but their forums/communities didn’t make it easy to find anything useful. While searching Google, I found TelOnU.com and was amazed that this was kinda like the Yelp.com of workplaces. They have a section on Companies: http://www.telonu.com/?type=201 I just type in the company, and it shows you reviews others make about the different companies. The People at work section can be a little intense. I have only posted a few reviews, but several of the reviews of companies and people made me think twice about taking a job with them, and in one case has made me want to really be at this one particular company with lots of rave reviews. Also, I can find the companies that lay off people or are having a layoff – which can also steer you in a direction. Has anyone else have experience using Telonu.com as a guild to choosing jobs or which companies to really chase for a job? Did the reviews seem fairly accurate to you? They do to me, I just want a second opinion.

I use Cyberdefender. I didn't see it on your selection, so I chose other. Cyberdefender has blockes some bad virus thingies from hitting my computer and I'm happy for it. I recommend it to all my friend.
