Never been to a Coldplay concert, and I really want to go... What I also don't like about Coldplay are the some tracks from Viva that are put on Prospekt's March. Yes, I enjoy listening to a Reign of Love-less version of LiJ, and Jay-Z's rap adds a new dimension to Lost, but I feel like those places on the album could've been filled with more interesting, mysterious songs like Famous Old Painters or School, etc. Sometimes rehashing and revamping old content isn't good because the public is always waiting for new material.

...I don't know about you but it would be pretty disturbing for me to see Chris's naked behind 'cause I'm not used to seeing him like that. But if that's what you want to see, that's what you want to see. :)

*plays chords* Oh, I love that song, it was my first real introduction to the entire world of Coldplay! Without it I'd still be listening to Viva la Vida and Violet Hill and claiming that I'm a fan! What else can I say that stands out... Guy's fantastical bass playing on every X&Y track and in In My Place, and the quirky little bass line for Rainy Day. Jonny's little guitar strumming on Speed of Sound... Chris's piano playing in Trouble, and his voice in Easy to Please, Green Eyes, and Yellow. Will's drumming in Glass of Water, Politik and Strawberry Swing.

When you spend hours every night updating and organizing the Official Coldplay Fanfic Listings for everyone's reading pleasure and because you want an excuse to read all those fanfics... When you hum Coldplay songs when you least expect it (The land, sea, rivers, trees, the stars, the skyyyy)

No, it isn't. That's why I listen to Coldplay--because certain instruments are highlighted in the songs and you can see each member's genius at work. :) For Lovers in Japan, the drumming stands out overall, but the bass at the end really pops out. I love it! And for the strings part in Politik, sometimes I hear each individual note in the chords the strings play.

Hmmm Katie the main character of your story is named Emily...a reference to your friend perhaps? :wink3: EDIT: Ah, shoot more fanfics for me to add (I'm kidding--write a hundred or more and I'd still add them).
