[17-Nov-2011] Coldplay et. al @ Children In Need concert, MEN Arena, Manchester, UK (Live on BBC1)
From where I was it felt like the crowd did react, I was seated right at the back though and we were all stoked by that point. I may have been riding along on my own haze of "YAY COLDPLAY" but I didn't feel alone in singing and reacting :/ They didn't do anything else, no. It was exactly as was on TV. The only parts edited are where the hosts are speaking, and they like "come back" and they say "MICHAEL BUBLE" even though he was gone like 5 minutes ago, so you have to scream again.

They did only the three unfortunately, I was convinced they were going to stop after ETIAW though with it usually being the end song.

[17-Nov-2011] Coldplay et. al @ Children In Need concert, MEN Arena, Manchester, UK (Live on BBC1)
Just got back, gotta say it was absolutely amazing, I don't know how it cmae across on TV/Radio but in the actual venue it was fabulous... and I finally saw Paradise live!! :D Hope anyone that went also enjoyed it! Elbow, James Morrisson, Hugh Laurie were also awesome and Gaga (not being a fan) was surprisingly enjoyable. The only one I'd say wasn't great was Kelly Rowland, she was obviously miming at some point which I'm not cool with, but when she was singing live the vocals weren't great.

[9-Jun-2012] Coldplay @ Etihad Stadium, Manchester, UK
Are you with O2 or have friend/family member with them? You can get Priority tickets there http://www2.o2priority.co.uk/ but you have to have signed up.. I don't know if there're any left now. As to the layout of the stadium, I'm afraid I have no idea, I've never been before but I would assume they wouldn't have you walk all the way down the steps as they do at the M.E.N :/

K1ttycat, According to the GigsandTours site, all the tiers of seating are reserved. When I bought my GA tickets there wasn't an option to pick a seat where there is with the Tier ones, so I assume GA is ONLY for standing :)

I just got my tickets through O2 Priority ( http://www2.o2priority.co.uk/ ) General Admission £49.50 with a handling fee through Gigs and Tours. Tier 2 - £65 Tier 3 - £65 And then there's another option for Tier 3 which looks exactly the same but is £55 Don't know what that's all about, sorry. There're also some options for a signed programme which I haven't gone for because it's almost another £30 which I can't afford.

Am I the only person who doesn't have a problem with Coldplay's lyrics?
I agree :) I have always loved his lyrics, even though they aren't the best out there, but that's part of what makes him Chris and what makes it Coldplay. I've always said I don't listen just for the lyrics, it's the music and the lyrics together, the whole experience, and I personally think that that's what matters, the way the music makes me feel :)

Any good stress relievers?
I find dance a really good stress relief, I know that's not exactly everyone's cup of tea, but I wouldn't be sane without it :D Also, when I just feel really overwhelmed with stress, I put my massive headphones on and listen to Coldplay, just sit for a bit and listen, it tends to calm me down :) I also find watching a movie, one that you know you like, and that you can just immerse yourself in works, escaping to another world (as cheesy as that sounds) really helps for the couple of hours it's on. :)

[4-Dec-2011] Coldplay @ MEN Arena, Manchester, UK
That's what I'm hoping, mainly because I've spent the money I set aside for Coldplay this year already, and also, as I said because I really dislike the MEN :/ I suppose time will tell. I wasn't really around before the last tour was announced, did they announce the Summer UK tour at the same time as the America tour? (If that doesn't make any sense I apologise, even I don't believe English is my first language sometimes)

[4-Dec-2011] Coldplay @ MEN Arena, Manchester, UK
I am currently hating them (while loving them, of course) for this because I just spent over £100 on tickets for the CiN :| GAH!! Do we think they might announce more dates later on like they did last time? Because I missed out on MEN ones last time and then they announced LCCC, which I would rather again, I really dislike MEN as a venue :/

Just thought I'd let you all know, I have tickets :D :D :D :D :D Happy bunny. They're crappy seats, right at the back, but they're facing the stage, and the rest are ridiculously expensive, so... Better than nothing though, right? Good luck to anyone else trying for tickets :D

Paradise is the most haunting song from the MX era so far
Oh thank GOD. Sanity. All I've been reading (sadly) since yesterday morning, is hate and abuse from fans making me feel I am wrong with my opinion of Paradise (I love it personally) I am so glad I found this, especially the first post, you have literally taken all of my feelings and put them into words, which I couldn't do.

Rate the latest movie you've seen
The Inbetweeners - 8/10 Was expecting to hate it, because I love the TV series and I thought the move to movie screen would screw it up... Absolutely not, genius.

Riots on the Streets of UK
Update for anyone who doesn't know. Factory in Tottenham been set alight about an hour ago. Fire service arrived, as far as I know that situation is now sorted. Manchester seems pretty peaceful thank God, police EVERYwhere but presence is good. Liverpool and Birmingham also seem to be quiet from what I've been told by people living in the areas. Weather is pretty shocking here in Manchester though, which has probably acted as a deterrent.

Promotion of Harry Potter Survey
Hey, I know a lot of these are going around right now, so I apologise. But I would appreciate some help please. I have to write a report for Uni and I've decided to do mine on the promotion of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows movie. So basically, what I want to know is, how has it been promoted where you live? What've you seen? Trailers, posters, anything is helpful :) Thank you in advance :)
