  1. Ladies, I can tell you that the picture is of Chris with a balloon under his shirt  He said "This is what Coldplay will look like when we're 40", and kept the balloon under there for the whole of The Hardest Part. It was in one of #42's blogs, back in the day... :P
  2. Thanks for the lovely reviews gals! :wacky: And I agree with Brooke. Chris, we don't mind if your shirt is off. In fact, why not go all the way and take your pants off too? :sneaky:
  3. Time for an epic as review! I love some Buckin love. A Bad First Day: This story is very interesting! I like the time in which you've written it. Can't wait for more! :awesome: The Playmate: :stunned: You're writing is crazy Dianna. That's crazy in a good way! The word "original" does not do this story credit at all. It also gives me good reason to use this :vampire:, this , this  and this :shifty: I just love how this story is so quirky. Great job!

  11. Ladies, it is not a sweater. It's a CARDIGAN, and it's from Moods of Norway :P Therefore Guy is allowed to wear it!
  12. Thanks for all the wonderful comments! You're all so lovely  I love you ladies. All this positive feed back is so nice to read, it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside :wacky: And I have two stories for you! The last chapters of Life Is For Living, and the next chapter of Fight For Every Dream! Enjoy :awesome:
  13. Haha you're all so lovely. I really do appreciate the feed back! I will post a chapter as soon as I write the next chapter. Incidently, I wrote a better ending to Life Is For Living. So that'll give you something to read! :P
  14. Weeellll... actually, I don't really know. The end chapter I wrote meant that the reader makes up their own mind as to what happened. In the story when Guy asked why they had a grand piano (which they stole when London was deserted), as they didn't have one before it all happened. So yeah, I guess it does remain a mystery, but I wanted it like that so you could decide it for yourself. So yeeeah. That's the word! :awesome:
  15. Good grief, that was a long time ago. My name is April, and yes, Life Is For Living is incomplete. I've almost finished it, but it was crap so I abandoned it :( Did you read the whole of Alone? or just a few chapters? If you didn't read the whole lot it's probably even more confusing. But I don't think anyone is supposed to get it... :P :laugh3:
  16. Apparatjik's new installation I got an email from the Eyeon Committee yesterday... Pleased to announcing Apparatjik performing ‘apparatjik light space modulator’ at the neue nationalgalerie in berlin, on the 12th, 26th and 27th of march with special apparatjik installation inbetweens. Strictly limited capacity, but the committee has secured tickets for our loyal comrades [Eyeon Committee subscribers] to be dispersed according to outland regulative Z:2458.05AP-LSM for the nimble of finger, quick of step. please to not call museum people about tickets. they do not have. apparatjik at neue nationalgalerier in berlin shurely shome mischtake…? njet, nix, nein, no. ticketings start feb 1st at 10am london time  confusing, but according to a-ha.com... Apparatjik has been invited by the Nationalgalerie Berlin to present the collective’s first largescale project in Germany in March 2011. Apparatjik is a transdisciplinary working collective founded in 2008 by four world-renowned musicians: Guy Berryman (London), Jonas Bjerre (Copenhagen), Magne Furuholmen (Oslo), and Martin Terefe (London). Apparatjik functions as an experimental platform and collaborates with a pool of artists, media technicians, and designers, as well as scientists such as M.I.T. Astrophysics Professor Max Tegmark and curator Ute Meta Bauer, Head of the M.I.T. Program in Art, Culture and Technology. The Apparatjik Light Space Modulator is presented as a twofold project: during two weeks the installation can be accessed in the glass hall of the Neue Nationalgalerie and three unique concerts that will be performed at the same location. Those performances are inspired by the visual experiments of László Moholy-Nagy. Moholy-Nagy taught at the German Bauhaus, as did Mies van der Rohe who was the architect of the Neue Nationalgalerie Berlin. At the center of both the Apparatjik installation and concerts are moving images that project from a large scale cube into the open glass structure of the building into the city space — a reference to the kinetic Licht-Raum-Modulator created in 1930 by Bauhaus artist Moholy-Nagy. Apparatjikʼs project will conclude on March 27 with a special interactive composition performed in collaboration with the Deutsches Kammerorchester. This concert is dedicated to Mies van der Rohe on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of his birth. The Apparatjik Light Space Modulator incorporates low-res retro-futuristic visuals, gonzo-pop, randomness and pseudo-science, dadaesque humor, and fashion, in a celebration of convergence culture. Apparatjik’s blend of popular culture and playful references to art history places them in a space somewhere between art and popular culture. Last but not least, this project by Apparatjik is to be understood as homage to the legendary Meta-Musik-Festival that took place during the seventies at the Neue Nationalgalerie Berlin. The Apparatjik Light Space Modulator will be accompanied by a publication in collaboration with NODE Berlin Oslo to be published in late 2011 including a comprehensive documentation of this project. Tickets for the three performances (12, 26 and 27 March) are available at 10:00 GMT on 1 February at apparatjik.com.
  17. That is so :wacky: Where is it from??
  18. King For A Day: Oh my god, you have no idea how much this story made me die. Not even kidding Brooke, it made me feel so warm and fuzzy inside I almost caught fire! :awesome: :wacky: you know I love your Buckin stories. And this one just totally confirms my point  And Dianna: :wink3: I'm lovin' your new one too! Plus I've already figured out who the mysterious lover was! It's the other gorgeous man, isn't it? It's great to see you posting on the thread again. We need some more fics to keep the fire going!
