Coldplay to play intimate charity gigs in Newcastle and Liverpool in December!!! :D
When I looked at the forecast, it was for "light" snow. Are you all seeing something else on the forecast?

[19-Dec-2010] Crisis: Coldplay in Liverpool (ROYAL COURT THEATRE, 1 ROE ST, L1 1HL)
When I checked the forecast for London/Liverpool/Newcastle it said the most there would be is light snow. My main concern is the train ride from Liverpool to Newcastle. That CANNOT be delayed!!!

Win Signed Coldplay 'Christmas Lights' Goodies (Gigwise)
Oh, that's so sweet. :nice: Do they indicate when the cutoff is for entry, and when (or if) they will announce the winner?

He probably just has a little sign next to his drumkit that simply says "RUBBISH" so he can just hold it up whenever he hears crap lyrics.

[20-Dec-2010] Crisis: Coldplay in Newcastle (JOURNAL TYNE THEATRE, WESTGATE RD)
Myself and a few other people were planning to take the 7:15am train from Liverpool to Newcastle (although we haven't booked it yet). It takes about 4 hours to get there, and we plan on waiting until we get to Newcastle to get ready. Should we try to take the really early (3am-ish) train?

Sorry if this seems like a silly question, but have trains ever been canceled due to snow?

Your eyesight
Perfect vision. Kind of weird though, considering most of my family/friends wear contacts and/or glasses.

Christmas Tree: Fake vs Real
Oh that's true, I forgot about that. Our city does the composting program after Christmas, a lot of people take their trees there.

Limited edition CD version of Christmas Lights?
I saw another listing, I think it ended on December 4th. It said 1.99, but no bids. Wouldn't that be something if someone bought it for less than it cost to ship it?!? EDIT: here's the link http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Coldplay-Christmas-Lights-brand-new-promo-CD-/320626491755

Christmas Tree: Fake vs Real
Fake. You can re-use them every year. So far I've had mine for 7 years and it works just fine. With a real tree, you're killing a life. Plus, real trees can catch on fire much easier, and then possibly kill multiple (human) lives. Not to mention the needles fall off and knowing my cat she would be like om nom nom and maybe that would kill her too. Wow, it looks like people who go with real trees are murderers and stuff like that.
