Viva la Vida: :sombrero: (because "Viva la Vida" is a spanish term!)

I'd say being good friends with the band. Having a song written for me would just be...weird. Being good friends with the band or getting their new album a month in advance?

When every time you drink cold water you secretly start singing the line from Strawberry Swing about "cold-cold water". And everytime you're even slightly elevated from the ground you start singing "now my feet won't touch the ground".

The solo version on Leftrightleftrightleft with Postcards from Far Away is absolutely incredible? Seriously I had always considered The Hardest Part to be one of the worst coldplay songs--perhaps THE worst, but when I saw them live in Cinci and he played his solo set with The Hardest Part...it was life changing. The lyrics felt so much more personal, where on the album it felt very pretentious and forced. I also just feel like I've connected with that song a lot more now that I'm trying to get over this girl (the line "the hardest part was letting go not taking part" really got me)--but then I feel most of Coldplay's music is best listened to when you're in love or going through a breakup or something:P I'm sure this has been discussed a thousand times but, hey, I'm new.

Give me love over this.

That was so cool! I need to do something like that in MY sketchbook! The cover of my sketchbook is colplay-ish actually. It has some famous painting on the front of it so I painted the words "Life in Technicolor" in splattery red paint over it. It looks cool.

Since I'm a dude I'm going to have to playing Rock Band with Coldplaying (ideally "The Beatles Rock Band" so I could put Chris on vocals and hear him sing "Here Comes the Sun". I know it would be mind blowing) Playing Rock Band with Coldplay or playing Mario Kart with Coldplay :O

I asked them how much Coldplay payed for In Rainbows. That question might've been more interesting two years ago.

He said in an interview last year that he did, but...man I hope they just keep it to themselves. I just don't like the idea of it. Seems a bit silly to me.

When I first heard the song "Low" I didn't know the name of the song. For a solid year I thought at the end he was saying "And I feel light! Alllll right!" instead of "I feel low. Oh no". Then I bought the album and saw the track name and I was like...crap.
