Scaphism? Obviously this depends on the circumstances. Working on instinct (if it was a choice made without much thought, like a gunman bursts in etc) I would die for almost everyone apart from people I really dislike. If it's a straight choice of me or them, pressing a button then probably the same too sine the guilt afterwards would be enormous and I'd probably kill myself afterwards anyway, unable to cope with having led to their death. If it's just I die, and if I don't then I never see them again but they don't die and I'd know they'd be OK then pretty much nobody.

I just had a shave for the first time in 18 months and now I don't have a double chin it actually looks good. I look a little teenagery again though.

If one exists then obviously yes. The humanisation/need for praise is odd though.
