As far as I know, everyone can buy them, but the problem is when you've got to look for them or either ask to be sended to you :/ That fee is REALLY expensive, a friend of mine had to pay up to $120 for that AND the cost of the ticket itself, she lived in San Isidro, so, it wasn't THAT far :/ Btw, yay, 113 days!
