Voted ! How sad VLV anly came out 2008 only... I'm sure it would have a great result in that vote !

Because... I feel good when I listen to them, it just feels right. They make me grow up. I would like to say that it reflects my personality. So if I had an advice to give you, it would be : don't change anything, do music for yourself, you will always find people with your kind of personality who will love your music. Don't copy Coldplay, do your music, and become better than them. :cool: Good luck ! :P

First, Lost ! isn't my favorite song on Viva la Vida. Somedays I like it, sometimes I don't. And I really don't like rap any more, so with Lost+, it's harder ! However, I love the acoustic version. BUT... I think that doing this song is brilliant. It is significant of Coldplay's open mind. I explain : it's exactly like those people who really love Parachutes and AROBTTH but who hate X&Y and Viva la Vida, because it is too different, because the band tried with the last two albums something new. I like the idea of changing, getting better, mixing styles. If you always do what you're good at, or what you like, at the end you don't do so much, it's like walls are closed on you (^^). I am proud of myself when I hear with great pleasure Homecoming, with Kanye West. If I didn't knew that Chris was in the song, I would have stopped hearing it after 10 seconds. But he made me listen it entirely, and now I love it. This man can show me how stupid I am, and to make me grow up. That's truely wonderful.

Oui la neige j'adore aussi c'est très beau mais ce matin j'ai dû prendre le TGV... Entre la grève du RER A et la neige, j'ai pris en tout : 3 bus, 2 trains, 1 taxi, et suis arrivé avec 2h de retard... ! Osef, c'est Noël, et c'est jour de photoblog ^^ Sinon la vente aux enchères c'est vrai que c'est balèze... Je hais les petites filles de trader qui aiment Coldplay ^^' Dommage aussi que le catalogue soit si restreint. Et je pense pas, puisque je connais pas du tout eBay et que je suis vraiment pas souvent dessus, pouvoir attraper un "Buy it now"...

Salut tout le monde, j'espère que vous allez bien... Je ne passe pas autant de temps que je le voudrais sur Coldplaying, pour cause d'exams... Un dossier de 8 pages à rendre lundi et une semaine de partiels, une ! =/ Mais j'aurai du temps pour flâner à partir du week-end prochain. Vous dites avoir hâte pour le concert d'Exeter : pourquoi, il est censé passer en live quelque part... ? Sinon j'ai hâte de voir la vente aux enchères eBay. J'espère, si ce n'est pas trop cher et qu'il y a assez d'articles pour tout le monde, pouvoir repartir avec un petit quelque chose ! ++ !

My Top 5 :laugh3: 1. Viva la vida 2. Life in technicolor ii 3. Fix you 4. Yellow 5. The Scientist Very classic, I know... but it's soooooo good ! :P

I went to that show too... :) To be short, it was quite unbelievable, right ? I was in the center, around 5 meters from the stage... It was a day of pain (the waiting... outside... inside... the sun... sick headache... too much people, too close...) but the show was so good that it finally became an amazing evening, thanks to the Flaming Lips too. Glad to've been to the "best Coldplay show... ever" :cool: I can't wait to see them again ! J'étais à ce concert aussi... :) Pour faire court, c'était assez dingue, pas vrai ? J'étais au centre de la fosse, à environ 5 mètres de la scène... C'était une journée assez douloureuse (l'attente... dehors... dedans... le soleil... la migraine... trop de gens, trop serrés...) mais le show était si bon que c'est finalement devenu une superbe soirée, grâce aussi aux Flaming Lips. Bien content d'avoir été au "meilleur show que coldplay ait jamais donné" :cool: J'ai hâte de les revoir !

I became a fan of Coldplay last December, which was long and dark, listening to the amazing Viva la Vida album.
